Very accommodating, lovely hotel

Great location, close to the mini metro and has a restaurant and shop next door. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, the air conditioning was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful, Donnatella was great with booking our taxis for us.

The beds were a little bit to hard to sleep on and the location is a bit far from the train station but it was just fine for a night in Perugia

Great small hotel outside the Perugia city centre

Great hotel - we stayed in the family room and it was clean and very spacious. While not in the centre of the city, it is within an easy 10min walk of the Madonna Alta Minimetro that gets you straight into the city centre conveniently and cheaply. Can't comment on the breakfast as we went into town for that. Very friendly owners who allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel and collect them later.

A very minor maintenance niggle with the button controlling one of the aircon units being broken (but we managed to get it to work).

Very good location to reach the historical center with the minimetro. Free parking around the hotel and large free parking around the minimetro. Large and very clean sleeping room and bathroom. Our dog was very welcome. Friendly owners of the hotel.

Carina. La doccia bella

Troppo elevato il prezzo per essere un'hotel un pò lontano dal centro, senza colazione... C'era la tv ma non funzionava il telecomando, camera senza uno specchio, per me fondamentale. Forse troppo piccola, si sudava lì dentro.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato con il mio compagno per il weekend dell eurochocolate,oltre a un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo la struttura è ben collegata per arrivare al centro. Le camere sono spaziose,moderne e pulite; Lo staff molo gentile e disponibile, se dovessimo tornare a Perugia sicuramente alloggeremo nuovamente qui! Lo consiglio a tutti!

Bellissimo sia per la marcia della pace a cui abbiamo voluto partecipare e la sistemazione in hotel

Siamo andati a Perugia per la marcia della pace del 12/10/25 è abbiamo prenotato l'hotel del Cigno e non sapevamo con precisione la posizione nei confronti della partenza della marcia e all'arrivo i proprietari dell'albergo molto contesesi e affabili ci hanno accolto con cortesia e professionalità, ci hanno dato la camera e poi indicato dove posizionare l'auto nel parcheggio e li l'abbiamo lasciata fino alla ripartenza, i proprietari ci hanno indicato che proprio davanti all'hotel vi era la fermata del bus che poi ci ha portato molto vicino alla partenza della marcia e così anche per il ritorno, che dire gentilezza e disponibilità ad aiutare i loro ospiti, e poi ospitalità Umbra al 100%100, possiamo solo ringraziare e consigliare l'hotel e sperare di poter ritornare a Perugia e soggiornare di nuovo all'hotel del Cigno che suggeriamo.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma purtroppo disturbato dagli inconvenienti sopra citati.

Camera confortevole, tecnologia dell'impianto elettrico, climatizzazione ottimale, serramenti ottimi per l'acustica dotati di serranda elettrica azionabile anche dal letto

La piacevole struttura che ci ha ospitato si è persa in un bicchiere d'acqua: nel bagno due luci a led fulminate di cui una sulla zona lavandino, i rubinetti del lavabo e del bidet completamente intasati dal calcare con un flusso difforfe e difficile da regolare, (ci sono dei filtri da sostituire), la cosa più grave ed insana, il soffione della doccia era pieno di muffa ed incrostato di calcare...Ora mi chiedo, ma chi effettua la pulizia e soprattutto la gestione addetta ai controlli di qualità dove è? Chi dirige un albergo (titolare o direttore che sia) deve vigilare, poichè è responsabile nei confronti dei propri clienti, quali patrimonio della loro attività.

Hotel all’interno completamente ristrutturato. Stanza piccola, ma confortevole. Personale gentile e presente in reception anche dopo le 20.
