Villa Alba B&B exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Michele, our host, whose genuine helpfulness and kindness made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The property itself is a wonderful example of modest yet refined contemporary Italian architecture — elegant without being ostentatious. Set within a beautifully maintained garden, the space felt fresh, immaculate and thoughtfully arranged. What struck us most was its unique sense of location: it felt both within the city and apart from it at the same time — close enough to explore Perugia with ease, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. We travelled as a family of five and found everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, Michele's private parking arrangement was a great convenience, and the overall atmosphere was one of quiet sophistication. We would highly recommend Villa Alba B&B to anyone visiting Perugia and would not hesitate to return. A special thank you to Michele for making our stay truly memorable.

The only minor points worth mentioning are that parking space within the property was limited — our accompanying guests in a second vehicle were unable to find a spot inside. Additionally, we were reminded to keep noise levels down on the terrace in the evening, which we fully understood given the residential setting. However, a more considerate way of communicating this would have made the experience even more comfortable. These are small points that do not diminish our overall very positive impression of the property.

Bellissima location. Ci siamo stati per un weekend di matrimonio a Perugia. Host molto gentile, silenzioso, tutti i comfort, terrazza e giardini bellissimi. A 10 minuti di auto da Perugia e 2 ore da Roma.
