Room in a beautiful villa in a secluded neighborhood remarkably close to the center of Perugia!

Beautiful hilltop villa surrounded by olive trees above Perugia. Very quiet and secluded neighborhood but remarkedly close to the city center. Excellent breakfast made to order. Excellent host. Room located on the first floor (2nd in US) with an elevator provided.

The entire stay was very good.

Michele and the family members we came into contact with, were very friendly and accommodating. Michele even fullfilled our breakfast requests (as we aren't big fans of the typical Italian breakfast). The entire stay was fantastic.

The only thing that could have been better was the Wi-Fi. As it did not work we asked for the password, which we never got. For guests without an international contract it would save expenses.

Beautiful villa surrounded by a huge garden in a wonderful location

We truly enjoyed our (too) short stay. The owner is extremely kind, and it was very easy to arrange everything. The villa is located in a peaceful area, and free (covered) parking is available next to the house. The house itself is beautiful, with a large garden, and we had the pleasure of being welcomed by Mrs. Alba, who showed us around the garden and told us a bit about the house. Everything was very clean, and my husband said he hadn’t had such a good scrambled egg breakfast in a long time. :-) We hope to visit Villa Alba again and definitely recommend it! Thank you very much!

Un bellissimo soggiorno. La casa e le camere sono accoglienti, i padroni gentilissimi, la colazione super non con le solite merendine confezionate. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Consigliatissimo!

Location, accoglienza e organizzazione da 10 e lode. Mi sarebbero piaciuti più giorni per godermi meglio il soggiorno ma causa lavoro purtroppo non è stato possibile. Colazione semplice ma ottima. Letto comodo, cuscini anche. Davvero tutto ottimo.

Esperienza da ripetere, consigliatissimo

Bellissima villa immersa nel verde. Stanza grande e accogliente con enorme balcone. Ben riscaldata, ambienti nuovi, curati e puliti. L'accoglienza di Michele è stata eccezionale, arricchita da preziosi consigli sulle cose da fare e vedere.

Unica nota negativa della stanza è il lavandino un po' scomodo per via del design.

Local lindo e egradável. Fomos recebidos pela gentil Sra. Alba, um amor de pessoa. Michele excelente anfitrião e acolhedor. Próximo de Perugia. Certamente voltaríamos no mesmo lugar.

So nao tem tv no quarto, mas nao foi necessario.

Η τοποθεσία , η ευγένεια του οικοδεσπότη , η όμορφη βίλλα και γενικά θα έλεγα ότι τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα. Η βίλλα (αρχοντικό) βρίσκεται μέσα στο πράσινο λίγο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης και σε απόσταση 5 χιλιομέτρων από το ιστορικό κέντρο.
