Kind staff but that’s all

The staff were nice, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was more or less okay compared to the typical Italian standard. The interior design is modern and clean, which is quite rare to find in Italy.

Terrible location — far from everything, a car is absolutely necessary. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere. The view from the window was truly depressing. The building itself is ugly and run-down. Definitely never again.”

Excellent service, ideally you have a car but the train station is 5 minutes walk.

Breakfast was freshly baked and had a good variety. The room was comfortable and a good size, and the bathroom was quite big and, most importantly, super clean.

our room was in the other side so we had to pass the restaurant and find the elevator on the right to go to our room, it’s a little bit awkward, but it’s ok!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and excellent at addressing any small concern we had.

No English speaking channels. It was available in the lobby but not the rooms. The TV's are miniscule, 19" so even if there were channels one could watch, it was very far away. If you don't want to extend satellite services with English channels into the rooms,perhaps new Smart TV'S so that one can stream Netflix,Prime etc.

Superb

good value for the price. small room but clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom with rain shower. AC worked great. first room unfortunately smelled of smoke (even through hotel is supposedly non smoking) and staff gave me a different room which was fine.

previous guest must have smoked in one of the rooms.
