Excellent location. Clean premises. Generous and delicious hot cook breakfast each morning. Jo and Paul lovely hosts who made us welcomed and were helpful with suggestions of places to visit.
Sadly only had a view of the back lane, but as we were out all day it didn’t really affect us.

The hotel was a five minute walk from the train station. The hotel itself was very nice, and the place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast (full English) was absolutely lovely, and there was also a selection of cereals. The bedroom was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff, too. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Llandudno, literally two minutes away from the main shopping centre and the pier/sea front. We are planning another trio to Llandudno next year, and we wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again. Very highly recommended.
