Just stayed here for the weekend it was so relaxing and cozy and we was made to feel very welcome

Lovely clean friendly guest house .ideally suited in a quiet location . locationed within a short walk of main shops. Breakfast selection excellent a full choice. Just a lovely place to stay relax and was ideal for us.

High Quality Accommodation with a Friendly & Customer-Focused Team.

High quality accommodation in a road with hardly any traffic, although sufficiently close to the town, seafront and all amenities. Good parking facilities. An exceptionally friendly, engaging, customer focused and professional team, comprising Kay & Rich, the owners, and Chantelle: who saw to our every need at breakfast and then ensured that the rooms were serviced to the highest standard (we enjoyed a two-night stay). The breakfast was wholesome and appetising with multi-choices. We attended a show at the Venu Cymru (theatre) and will most certainly be returning to Cwtch Guesthoise - particularly that my wife and I have booked to attend another show for next year

Fabulous place to stay

The owners were so hospitable and friendly. Lovely room ,cosy and bed comfortable. Breakfast choices Lovely and just perfect, freshly made and hot. Location for us perfect 10 mins walk or less from town. Car space to park also which was great. Absolutely lovely stay overall.

Booked on the last minute, it was OK, but could not stay in that room for longer than 2 nights.

Location - close to the town centre/sea, parking, cooked breakfast.

1. Space/storage. Tiny double room (Room 8) with no chair/stool. Once 4 (!) decorative cushions are taken off the bed, and put somewhere, the storage capacity is reduced further. 2. Breakfast arrangements. You have to pre-order the cooked breakfast and select the time slot - but there is no guarantee you will be served at that time, it’s misleading. Appreciate that other guests may delay serving breakfast to others because they like to spend more time over breakfast, but, when there is not enough space and time slots need to be selected, the proprietor should enforce a system of time limitation at breakfast by nicely stating this at the top of the breakfast form - say, 40 minutes. This is done by other businesses already. We came down at the time we selected for breakfast, only to be told that we could not have it yet, and *maybe* it will be another 10 minutes. No apologies offered. How do they know what plans I have for the day? 3. The “Do not disturb” sign hung on the outside of the door was there to say that we did not need the room to be cleaned. This was ignored. Why provide the sign if you then ignore it and its universally accepted meaning of “do not enter”?

Apart from health and safety issues everything else was fine. Wouldn't risk it with my grand kids.

Comfy and welcoming room.

There were no window restrictors in situ in a high up room. Very scary and unsafe in my opinion particularly for children and elderly with possible dementia. Was very surprised at this because everything else had been well thought through.

Short break

Saturday till Monday I stayed 2 nights bed and breakfast in this hidden gem.My double room was stunning, very clean, all you'd need in a room, shower was hot, bed comfy, wonderful view from my room the upstairs bay window looking towards The Great Orme. 10 mins walk to the town centre and in a lovely tree lined residential street with parking.Friendly owners and a well cooked breakfast both days.Big tick I could have the vegetarian option aswell and you preorder the night before.

Fantastic Guesthouse

Fantastic hosts who were very welcoming and helpful. Accommodation was in a great location situated close to the seafront and all the local amenities. Breakfast was lovely and there was a good choice of food. Our room was clean and comfy with the added bonus of a small seating area separate to the bedroom.

The entire property was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable & the location was great, even for someone who has trouble walking distances. Breakfast was classic, and the owners made sure to cook my eggs thoroughly as I’m pregnant, which I really appreciated.
