Pleasant, clean, quiet. Easy self check-in

Needs curtains for proper light blocking, and a thermostatic shower mixer would be better for the shower.

The Hotel kept in regular contact by sending emails daily to ensure everything was going well. The room was clean and well equipped with an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. The towels were fluffy and of a good quality. The Hotel also provided shampoo and body wash. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. Our room was lovely and bright and overlooked the road with a side view of the mountains. A big plus was private parking directly outside and we could see our car from our first floor room. Although we had agreed a check in time of 4pm, we were able to access our room at 11.30am which was a bonus. Although there were other visitors, we didn't see or hear anyone during our 2 day stay which ensured a quiet night's sleep. Check in and out was by access code which was emailed, as promised, on time, which was reassuring.

Being picky, a few coat hooks, maybe on the back of bedroom door would be good. Maybe a 'Hot Water' warning sign near the shower, as the water was extremely hot.

The location was good. The room was adequate.

The exterior of the building was very off putting. It was shabby . The room was not serviced whilst we were there. No top ups on coffee, tea etc. No toilet rolls.

expired milk for our morning coffee as well as shower not working. It was a huge shock for us as we have never had bad experience with any hotel before.
