Location was great, a few streets from the town centre! Room was as expected, small, very little facilities but I got what I paid for as a last minute deal. I asked for extra pillows and I believe they did do this for me (had 4 plus throw pillows, presuming 2 is the norm?!) only stayed two nights just me and my three year old, I would return to the hotel but I'd pick a bigger room just for space/ease next time. Easy booking and good communication via email, had I had a problem I don't think I'd have struggled to get it resolved.

Cleanliness wasn't the best it could be. The bedding was fine, the room itself had been cleaned but seemed like a light clean, it was dusty on the rail, light switches. The windows and its seals were quite dirty, bathroom could have been cleaned better. It wasn't dirty! And wouldn't put me off coming back, but I did feel I needed to clean surfaces before using them. But again I paid very little for last minute stay and the location is good. Parking isn't great, only 4 spaces and first come first served but you're made aware when you book, only downside is that if you don't get a space you really struggle to find parking on the streets, it's fine if you get a space and don't plan on using your car, bit of a faff if you are. One of the nights I had to park not so close and I had to walk quite late alone in the dark with my son, not the hotels fault, but a good thing to note for any visitors with young children!

Hotel très sympa à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Llandudno. La chambre est très belle, la salle de bain aussi. Aucun contact avec le personnel, mais tout est expliqué en amont par message, donc pas de difficulté pour récupérer la chambre.

Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et je n'ai pas su régler le chauffage.
