Great vacation home.

Exceptionally located with great view to the mountains. Restaurant downstairs for dinner, several restaurants with delivery nearby if you want to stay home all day. Quiet, comfy beds, big shower, towels / bathrobe / slippers in the apartments. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine / tea maker / toaster.

The only problem was uncomfortable pillows -- they were too thin and immediately get flat once you lie on them. Some may find this comfortable, but we have to place additional blankets under pillows to get comfortable position.

Outstanding apartment, perfect for exploring Ascona and Locarno.

Absolutely outstanding modern, clean, large apartment containing everything you could possibly need. Indoor swimming pool was quiet (we were using it during off-peak season). Great outdoor seating area. Very friendly welcome at reception and were taken to our apartment upon arrival. Underground secure parking space was available at extra cost (CHF 10 per day). Wi-Fi router within living room, Swisscom TV package available. Very large modern smart TV. Ascona town centre and lakeside is a short walk, also bus stop nearby to head into Locarno. Independent restaurant attached to the apartments offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

One of the few occasions where I can say that I honestly can’t think of anything.

A comfy stay in a well sized apartment in a great location!

The room was super clean— well fitted kitchen, comfy bed, well sized balcony where we enjoyed our meals.

More signs in English in how to se the clothes washer and dryer— we struggled with this at 11:00 pm as the machines weren’t available earlier. And no English instructions on how to use the coin machine. The receptionist was only there for 2 of the 4 days we spent there. No replacement when she was away! However, the owner Igor was very helpful and accommodating! We had a comfy stay despite these minor hiccups

Great location, well managed and spotlessly clean.

The flat is nicely decorated in a contemporary, simple style but with high quality materials. The kitchen was also furnished with high quality cookware (though we didn't use it, the restaurants are so attractive) and serve ware (which we used for breakfasts) It is professionally managed, spotlessly clean, comfortable and crisp, white bed sheets - something that we love and don't often find in apartments. Got upgraded to a corner unit for a larger balcony which was great. Location is Ascona, and a short walk to the lakeside. Very nice bakery nearby, so we tried all sorts of breads and bakeries! Laundry facility available. Connecting with Silvia - very responsive and friendly.

Pet fees at CHF 20/day is a bit steep but everything else was great.

Cosy like at home but no need to worry about anything

Friendly, great location, very very good mattress, fully equipped kitchen (although, we not that much used id), great usage of the space in the apartment. It was very convenient to stay and definitely worth to consider come back there. Good indoor pool with depth from ~1.3m to ~1.5m (measured by myself so not very precise numbers)

Too thin pillows -- great to sleep on the back, but unusable to sleep on the side. The entrance doors are not sound-proofing from the corridor, so you have to close also sleeping room door to have it silent.

Very good

Apartment is modern, kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there - microwave, fridge, oven, all kinds of tableware. People in reviews complained about the noise from the hall, but we didn't hear anything during our 3 nights there. Location is great, just about 200-300m from Ascona center and promenade. Terrace was big and has a nice view on the street and the mountains. Restaurant in the building is great and they deliver straight to the room - very good pizza and chicken, delicious croissants and good coffee in the morning. Convenient parking in the garage.

The floor was quite dirty like if it didn't get a wet wash for a few weeks at least. Also we found a small piece of glass in the living room. This one is nitpicking, but the design is boring - almost everything is white and dull, one picture in the living room doesn't help much. We were asked to take out garbage ourselves.
