Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter an zentraler Lage in Losone

Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG des Hauses in dem die Vermieter im 1. OG wohnen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen im Raum. Man hat beim Eingang einen Tisch mit Grill (wird auch vom Eigentümer genutzt) wo man sich draussen aufhalten kann. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften auch unseren Bernersennenhund ohne Mehrkosten mitnehmen. Er durfte auch in den Garten und sie hatten Ihre Freude an ihm. Da wir mit dem grossen Auto die Garage versperrt haben, hatten die Vermieter ohne Probleme ihre Fahrräder anderweitig abgestellt, damit wir nicht jedesmal das Auto zurücksetzen mussten.

Die Türe ist mit einem elektronischen Schloss versehen (8-Ziffern), das ist etwas mühsam, wenn man zwischendurch rausgeht und die Türe aus Versehen zuzieht, da man das Schloss nicht einstellen kann, dass es offen bleibt. Will man zum Haus auf die Strasse muss man das elektrische Tor jedesmal mit Fernbedienung öffnen/schliessen, auch gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Potrei solo dare un piccolo consiglio: mettere a disposizione dei clienti il manuale per il funzionamento del climatizzatore in quanto è particolarmente tecnologico.

Ein wunderschönes Zuhause, in das man immer wieder zurückkehren möchte.

Einfach ein traumhaftes Haus, sehr sauber, gemütlich und in toller Lage. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise waren. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Roberto war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Anliegen unterstützt. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus wärmstens empfehlen.
