Das Zimmer war angenehm gross, hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Ascona und den See. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, schön präsentiert und wurde gut gepflegt. Das Personal in jedem Arbeitsbereich war stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und am Wohlergehen und an der Zufriedenheit der Gäste interessiert. Sehr schöne und grosszügige Gartenanlage rund ums Hotel mit verschiedenen kleinen und grösseren Plätzen zum verweilen.

- Very friendly and “happy” staff - Fabulous breakfast and breakfast location - shuttle available for free with previous reservation
- there is not onsite restaurant on-site for dinner. However, there are plenty of options 10-20 min on foot - the balconies are very close to each other so if you are having a drink outside and your neighbours join, it will feel like you are sharing a table
