Very nice Location with Potential for improvement

Amazing Park that belongs to the Hotel, big Common areas, very friendly Staff.

Light in Shared Showers in Casa Rustico turns off very fast automatically and the water needs long to get warm, Both is a but annoying. Also, one shower head has very Little water pressure. And not many vegan options for breakfast, it would be nice to add some plant-based Proteins, eg. Tofu, Hummus, soy yoghurt or soy milk instead of Almond milk.

Nice premises with beautiful garden. Good size room with separate dining area. Own kitchen and bathroom. Excellent breakfast in breakfast room with park view. Very friendly and helpful young man in the reception. Will stay again if in the area.

Convenient and quiet stay

The staff was very welcoming and the room was quiet and spacious. The common kitchen is very practical to have early breakfast. The free bikes are a nice additon as it is much faster to reach Locarno or Ascona city center by bike than bus.

The direct neighbourhood of the hotel isn't very nice, but some good restaurants are within walking distance. Only minor detail about the room was the shower cutrain which is too small to cover the whole shower so that flooding can not be avoided.

Amazing garden & green surroundings, nice cool room during the heat, access to a kitchen & fridge, free bikes to explore the area!

No noise insulation from upstairs neighbours, as it's an old building. Still, advantage of downstairs room is that it's the only one on the ground floor and you have shared facilities (toilet, shower) almost to yourself, and it's 2 steps away from the kitchen.

The location was great in terms of where I had to be and the friendly environment and staff.

The only thing I didn’t like was how noisy the room doors were: each time someone needed the bathroom at night even when careful it would wake me up. Sound insulation is really not great in the Rustico building.

Perfect for families!

They have all for families. Garden, playground, and indoor playroom, they have food to buy when urgencies, available breakfast, people friendly and helpful. We loved it and we will certainly come back!

Sehr nettes Gebäude mit toller Anlage. Zimmer sehr einfach, aber funktional. Gemeinschafts Toilette und Dusche. Küche vorhanden mit Nespressomaschine aber ohne Kapseln.

Es war super erholsam!

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es wurden uns direkt beim Check-in ein paar Standorte empfohlen, wo man hingehen konnte. Wir waren zur Durchreise nach Italien unterwegs und haben im Parkhotel Emmaus einen Zwischenstopp einlegt. Es ist sehr sauber dort, man kann sich Fahrräder leihen und innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ist man am Wasser und an der Promenade. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

Séjour de 3 jours

L'accueil était au top! Le personnel était super chaleureux et attentionné Le côté rustique de l'établissement était très plaisant et la piscine hors sol était plus que bienvenue vu la chaleur ! La chambre était confortable et le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien fourni. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous y retournerons!

Dommage que les douches + wc soient communes, sinon tout était au top!

Es war für uns genau die passende Unterkunft.

Es gab ein Frühstücksbüffet mit vielen Wahlmöglichkeiten. Lage war gut, 10 Minuten zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad. Großer Garten, Küche zum Benutzen, Abstellraum für die Fahrräder. Sehr freundliches Personal.
