Accommodations where very comfortable with a balcony room provided. And the room had air conditioning that was a great surprise 😮, especially since this was the hottest summer they've had in a long time.They have a great 👍 breakfast selection and staff willing to to help in any way.

The balcony didn't have a good view of the lake.

Comfortable and clean rooms. the breakfast and dinner was very good. Liked the rooms at the upper floor with a great view. its on a quiet street within walking distance to Piazza in Ascona. Parking space right in front of Hotel.

Exceeded my expectations! Super friendly staff! Would gladly come again!

Very clean rooms, perfectly arranged, gives you a spacious feeling. Smart shower (movable glass walls so that you don't splash everything around) with hot water at all times of the day. The bed was amazing!! It was like sleeping on a cloud. The view to the mountain was beautiful and the hotel was very close to the bus stop to locarno (2 minutes by foot) and ascona old town and port/lake (7 minutes by foot). The restaurant at the hotel is indeed a hidden gem! Super friendly staff, gave us a small gift at checkout. Room included free coffee (capsules and machine in room) and free minibar.

very cozy hotel with friendly staff

a very cozy hotel, close to the center with nice, spacious and well-kept rooms, very friendly staff and a nice breakfast. there is also a nice restaurant for dinner or a drink in the evening.

there is not much of a view from the hotel room, but we didn’t mind as the lake and center of ascona is very close and easy to reach by foot. also we preferred the more quiet location as opposed to being directly in the busy tourist center of town.
