We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. We received a warm welcome with excellent staff who remained that way for our all too short stay. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The manager recommended a restaurant which was excellent. The breakfast was very good

The couple running the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, the location is second to none and the place is clean and well kept. Parking is a bit of a problem but then that's part of being on the promenade in Ascona. Overall a great stay and I would happily go back there, nice hotel.

Positiv:- Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.- Zimmer war schön und ruhig.- Super Lage. Nur ein paar Schritte zum See.- Schönes, feines und gemütliches Frühstück.- Gratis Wasser im Zimmer.- Ticino Ticket lag schon im Zimmer bereit.Neutral:-Zimmer und Bad waren relativ klein war aber für mich in Ordnung.Negativ:- Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen oder ziemlich weich und das Kissen war etwas klein und nicht sehr stützend.
