Mein Zimmer mit Seeblick war wunderschön, das Bett hervorragend, und die etwas zurückversetzte Lage sorgt dafür, dass man den Trubel der Piazza kaum mitbekommt. Ein wenig hört man die Gasse – völlig normal und überhaupt nicht störend. Mir hat das Smart-Hotel-Konzept sehr gefallen: unkompliziert und selbstständig, ohne ständig besetzte Rezeption. Der Zugang per App hat tadellos funktioniert. Das grosszügige, hübsch gestaltete Living mit Terrasse steht jederzeit zur Verfügung – auch fürs Frühstück – und bietet viel Infomaterial für Ausflüge. Kostenloser Kaffee und Tee sind ein schönes Extra. Sehr herzliche Hotelmanagerin und freundliches Housekeeping. Wir haben bereits wieder für ein paar Tage im September reserviert.
