Very peaceful, beautiful and spacious setting with very friendly staff.

The setting of this hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved our breakfast here every morning and the dinner was fantastic as well especially with singer and guitarist and view of the mountains all around. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the shuttle service pick up and drop off from the train station.

Nice and friendly-

Great breakfast on a Terrasse . Friendly employees. Even was driven to the train station . Nice location away from the noisy tourist . Great walking trail next to the hotel

Decor of the room is on the cheap side . Practical to clean but no warmth or heart

The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect - easy to get into Ascona. The apartment was a good size and well equipped.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel as we thought that CHF38.00 per head was very expensive. The weather was awful, but that was no fault of the hotel. Apartment could have done with a washing machine.

Nice resort for families nestled between Ascona and Loscano.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice facilities, very comfortable apartments for a family of 4.

It was a bit far to walk (in autumn) to the centers of Ascona or Loscano. But with a car, everything was easy to access (or even a bike as well).

great facilities for a relaxing stay

We booked a one bedroom apartment for the 3 of us. These are newly built, comfortable, well appointed kitchen, spacious plus big balcony. We loved the park area, and being able to lounge by the pool... too cold for us to swim outside but the indoor pool is nice and warm and still big enough to be able to do small laps. Spa and gym area also very nice.

Breakfast for us was too expensive at 38 franks per person. Not really a negative but something to keep in mind: the one bedroom apartments all look out the back toward the river. Not a bad view but a view to the park we thought would be nicer and balcony would get more sun.

Super Adresse!

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage und sehr feines Frühstück! Die Wohnungen sind grosszügig und hell. Mit der Ticino Card fährt man gratis ÖV und ist sehr schnell in Locarno und Ascona, ebenso kann diese Strecke zu Fuss gemacht werden.

Dass die Nutzung vom Welleness am Abreisetag Zusatzkosten verursacht.

Pause vom Alltag voll umgesetzt, perfekte Wohnung ;))

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles was man wünscht ist da. Der Spa Bereich ist top und die Massage perfekt. Die Lage ist genial und die Fahrräder können unkompliziert gebraucht werden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Eine Beschreibung für den sprachgesteuerten TV wäre hilfreich.

Sehr schöner Resort

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Terasse war sehr gross und mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf den Garten. Die Music in der Bar am Abend sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich.

Das Personal im Hauptrestaurant war nicht sehr nett. Keine warme Verbindung zum Pool, Spa Bereich öffnet erst um 11 Uhr.

Prima!

Zeer mooie accommodatie met nette kamers en een mooie sportschool op het terrein. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. Het appartement had een privé parkeerplaats in de garage.

De kamer had geen airco (wel een klimaatsysteem) waardoor het bij aankomst warm was in het appartement. Voor elk raam zaten automatische rolluiken, waardoor het appartement goed koel te houden was.

Wunderbar

Wunderschön gelegen mit tollem Frühstück und vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Leider waren wir zu kurz da, um Wellness, Fitness und Minigolf zu nutzen. Wir müssen unbedingt wiederkommen.

Unsere Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Es gab aber nur 3 Stühle innen und nur 2 auf dem Balkon … wir konnten als Familie (4) nicht zusammensitzen.

Es waren sehr schöne Ferien für mich und meine Kinder und Enkelkinder. würde jede Zeit wieder hin fahren.

Alles, von der Lage, Frühstück bis Abendessen einfach wunderschön. Gutes Hotel auch für die Familien mit Kindern.
