Good location, green but not very welcoming

Bed was very comfortable.

The construction in the surrounding was a bit annoying. Both pools were definitely too cold. The playground was not well installed. Most of the staff was not welcoming. Receptionists comments ( in Italian) to her colleague was close to a complain because we arrived at 18:00 and not earlier, in the breakfast area they were doing the minimum maybe because we had a child ( 3 years old).

Superb

Staff were lovely. They noticed it was my husbands birthday and gave us two complimentary glasses of prosecco and a surprise dessert with our meal. The free shuttle to Ascona was great and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant.

Our room was a little cold. Could have done with a thicker duvet.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Ausstattung war super . Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Alles sehr modern und gemütlich gehalten . Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück war alles da was man sich wünschen kann :)

Leider ein nicht zufrieden stellendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel hat eine relativ gute Lage und Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Essen war gut -aber nicht überragend- Service war nett.

Das Hotel ist schlicht überaltert, vor allem die Zimmer weisen einen Renovationsstau auf. Das Licht im Foyer und im Restaurant ist grauenhaft und kalt.... Wie kann man in der Nebensaison (Ende Oktober) ein kleines Zimmer mit Badewanne anstelle von einer begehbaren Dusche für Fr. 160.-- anbieten ....?! Aufpreis als Alleinreisende in die nächst höhere Kategorie (dafür mit Dusche) Fr. 85.--, mir hat es fast die Sprache verschlagen.

Nous reviendrons, peut être avec nos petits enfants.

L'endroit est superbe dans un magnifique parc avec piscine, mini golf, spa. Clientèle de tous âges, beaucoup de famille avec enfants. Les centres d'Ascona et Locarno sont à 1/2 heure à pied mais l'hôtel a aussi des vélos (gratuit pendant 4 h.)

Petit détail: dans la salle de bain un seul crochet pour les peignoirs et pas de barre pour suspendre les linges au lavabo mais pas de quoi gâcher le séjour.

Schöner Park. Alles sehr sauber und es riecht sehr gut bei euch.

Wellnesbereich weit vom Hotel schön wäre wenn es einen Unterführung gäbe. Wir waren im Nebengebäude noch weiter.

La struttura la piscina , la cena il rostorante ottimo

A la reception lostess la ragazza magra alta capelli lunghi si come ci ha chiesto se d era la prima volta che venivo qui . Purtroppo non abbiamo e non ci a spiegato doverano palestra sauna, jacuzzi , e non ci siamo andati non sapendo nulla non ci ha propio spiegato niente peccato abbiamo solo fatto un nuoto in piscina , e non abbiamo usufruito del sauna palestra e jacuzzi . Non e stata per niente professionale . Il resto tutto bene .

Erholung pur in toller Ambiente

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, auch das Bad. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer parkähnlichen Anlage. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Badetüchern. Das Essen war sehr lecker, auch das Frühstück, schöne grosse Auswahl. Der offerierte Transport vom und zum Bahnhof Locarno haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Die Informationen, welche wir beim Check-In erhalten haben, waren ziemlich dürftig. Keine zeitlichen Angaben zum Frühstück oder Check-Out-Time. Die gratis zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder mit nur 1 Gang sind für ein Hotel dieses Standards nicht genügend. Es wäre toll, wenn E-Bikes zur Verfügung stehen würden, auch gerne gegen Bezahlung, oder zumindest ein Fahrrad mit mehreren Gängen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Am ersten Frühstück war das Personal sehr überfordert und dementsprechend unfreundlich. Haben uns lange stehen lassen. Zweiter Tag Tag absolut freundliches Personal.

Alles in allem Tip Top

Das Hotel und die Anlage waren mega schön. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für Allergiker gab es auch glutenfreie Brötchen und Kekse, die auf Wunsch vom Personal bereitgestellt wurden. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungenes Erlebnis mit dem schönen Hallenbad und die Wellnesslandschaft war auch sehr zufriedenstellend, aber das Highlight für uns war die hoteleigene Minigolfanlage, hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

An der Rezeption sprach das Personal gut und ausreichend Englisch oder Deutsch. Mit dem restlichen Personal konnte man sich gerade so verständigen, um über das gleiche zu sprechen, aber sie machten nicht den Eindruck, als würden sie sich bemühen, Englisch oder Deutsch zu sprechen.

Werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vorzügliche Küche und tolles Personal.

Die weitläufige Parkanlage, das Hauseigene Restaurant, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal an der Reception, besonders Frau Rebecca, sehr verbindlich und freundlich.

Leider haben wir kein Zimmer im Haupthaus bekommen und wurden im Nebengebäude einquartiert. Kein Aufzug vorhanden, für ältere Personen nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
