The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant delicious. Cocktails superbly mixed. Pool area great to relax at. Sauna and gym spacious, clean. It all felt rather luxurious.

Located really central - close to highway, to Locarno, to bike trails and lake. Clean and well prepared sauna with amazing breakfast and good coffee.
Water in pools was chilly/cold. Even in the hot tub was just ‘warm enough’, not enjoyable hot.
Rooms are loud - every knock and move in rooms around could have been heard, live music in restaurant could have been heard in the room till 10:30pm, even with closed windows noise from parking lot can be heard.

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful spa area. I really liked that there is both an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool.
For those arriving in Locarno by train — the hotel is about 10 minutes away by bus (the bus runs every 15 minutes).
The photos of the rooms don’t fully reflect reality — the rooms don’t face the lake as shown on their page but overlook the inner courtyard.
Also, the spa area with saunas is closed on weekdays prior 3 pm. (only the pool and jacuzzi remain open).
So if you plan to spend some time in the spa on your check-out day, it won’t be possible.
Still, I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and had a pleasant stay overall.

Fabulous property and fantastic fitness center. Nice, albeit comparatively smaller spa. Very comfortable beds. Superb buffet breakfast. Extremely challenging mini golf course on site.
Could add potatoes and some vegetables to the morning buffet. Perhaps not sufficient onsite parking. A bit removed from town, but very close (easily walkable) to the local bus.
