Great bang for your bucks

The rooms are excellent and comfortable, and they’re within walking distance of Piazza Maggiore and all the major points of interest in Bologna. The prices are fair and you also have the option of purchasing breakfast at the nearby café for an additional 3 euros (Italian breakfast, so only coffee/cappuccino and brioche). The city is currently building a tram line on the street, which will make it even more convenient to reach the centre in the future. Definitely recommended!

Great accommodation at a great price. It was a perfect for Bologna. Really modern and well looked after.

Nothing, some construction on the street so not the prettiest thing to walk out to but that’s has to happen sometime and didn’t impact me at all as the room was on the other side of the building.

Great place to stop by if you are into a short stay in Bologna. Value for money.

The proximity of the place is close to restaurants and grocery. Bus stop is also around the corner to go to Piazza Maggiore. Though there were no staff to talk to at the property, the owner is just a whatsapp away and able to attend to our querries in a timely manner.

Great little apartment. But small & a bit noisy! 15 min walk to city centre.

Great stay

25 minutes walking to the center. But you can take bus numbers 19 and 35 to get there. From train station bus 33 will take you to the property. We requested a room with a terrace. It was great to have an elevator in the building. The host allowed us to store luggage after checking out.

All in all a very good place to stay in Bologna

A very friendly staff, nice bathroom with a huge shower. It was very nice.

Faced to Via S. Felice, is a bit loud when a car pass during below on the street.

Happy with everything.

The room was very modern and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The complimentary coffee and biscuits were delicious, thank you.

The outside of the building and the area looks a little run down and dirty but we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room to find how nice and clean it was.

It‘s just a personal thing but we thought that the room might have lacked of just a piece of decoration like a painting or something to get a bit more comfortable and cosy.

It is advertised as a hotel when in fact it is a BnB which is located in a completely other building to the one advertised. when you arrive at the given is is an Apt building without any information about the “hotel” you have to call the owner and he comes to take you to another building. it is very overpriced.

-a lot of noise at night since it is next to the main street in the center if you want to sleep -very small room for 4-5 people -on the other hand cannot make noise , taking shower from 11 pm till 8 am, you could disturb the neighbors in the building

Exceptional

Amtonio, the owner was as helpful as possible. He did more than can be asked for and e.g. he walked us out to the garage to show us the best place to store the car. The room was as clean as can be and everything was recently renovated. The bed was good, many clean towels, a good hairdryer and a mirror in the bathroom with built-in lighting. All finishes in the room and bath are exemplary. WiFi was very good. Location is good because it is quite short to the city center. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Exceptional

Antonio is a great host. Very helpful, thoughtful, and available seemingly 24/7. The apartment is a little small, but that matters little if you are out and about all day. There is a little terrace which can be a nice touch. Bologna is a wonderful city to visit, everything within walking distance. For those with a car: parking at parking Europa was excellent, very friendly and helpful people there. Also, the Lamborghini automobile museum was okay, but the simulator did not offer much more than a regular set-up at home.

Fridge was small without freezer compartment, but really, hardly worth mentioning.

We loved our stay at this location and property. Host was amazing!! definitely recommend

We really liked that it was close enough to town but far enough to escape the busy city. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Alessandro was very accomodating, he assisted us with all our bags (we had a fair few), gave us a smooth transition for checkin and even helped us with local attraction etc. Host even helped us arrange taxis with the language barrier as we needed 2 taxis. Room was neat and tidy and was serviced daily.

Minor traffic noise at night but shutters help with that.

the reception desk made contact with use before we arrived. They waited for us to check in. It was very rainy and they assisted in finding a place for dinner,

clearer signage but we found the place. parking garage was a bit of a distance.
