Completely disappointing

Nice location in a yard

The room was a semi basement full of humidity and no one has informed about that. it was also dirty as we found hair on the floor and the sink from the previous staying, dust everywhere and also a used cotton bud in the bathroom. We told the owner but he did nothing ( there are photos available but it is disgusting)The fridge was not operating.The room extremely tiny, In the description you can see " economy double room" and the squaremetres but some photos do not match to this. Cold as the heating operates for a few hours and A/C did not operate well. Also very difficult that there are no keys and everything is electronic, if e.g your cell turns off you will stay outside, as they respond only to whats app and communication via the platform is difficult. Definately not worthing the money, not even the three keys it seems to have. Not even a bottle of water provided as usually in other rooms ( not to mention other amenities). The cleaning person was very polite to be fair

Decent place to stay

We spent one night in Bologna and really enjoyed our staying here. Room was so clean and spacious. Instructions for getting in the room were clear. Location is very close to the old town which you can find many touristic attractions/good restaurants. We would definitely stay here if we visit Bologna again!

Comfortable, relaxed, nice location

Very spacious room with a lovely balcony overlooking nice gardens. Big tv with Netflix and a wonderful good size hot shower. The extra large bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The bathroom had poor lighting.

The location, perfectly located between the stadium and the city center, clean rooms, nice apartment, easygoing and nice host, easy entry with a modern digital key, everything was perfect. Thanks a lot!

Excelent accomodation in Bologna

The room was very comfortable, and the balcony with a view to the neighbours garden was soooo calming, sounds of doves & crickets, and a lot of shade. Very convenient location, 15 min of walking to the center. Parking, a bit pricey, but still worth it, you don't have to cross the ZTL zone and your car is safe.

Owners have a webpage/app for opening the doors, informations and paymement, this was a bit confusing at first. I personally don't like PayPal and don't want to use it, so it pissed me off, but when we arrived to the appartement the host saved the day with a POS machine.

The hotel was easy to get to, the owners were very helpful, the rooms were clean and everything from finding the keys to paying went smoothly.

- All contact with the owners was done online (via Whatsapp). In principle, this can be a good thing, but on a business trip it was a bit of a challenge to get the invoice with the right address. But it worked out in the end. In defence of the owners, I must mention that we checked in late (after 20:00) and had to leave early (before 8:00). - There was no breakfast. But this is only a small point, because it is easy to find something in the surrounding area.

Great place for stay in Bologna

Great room and the staff took the time to give me recommendations of food or arrival by whastapp. Amazing TV with Netflix! Comfort room in a nice area, 10 min walking from Bologna city center.

if you are by car it is a good location, safe neighbourhood. the atmosphere of the rooms, generally cute like home. stuff was so kind and helpful. the toilet have bidet(not all rooms) tv has all channels and netflix primevideo etc.

parking was not for free. 20 euros but they made us a favour and asked 10 euro. we stayed on end of November so outside was 7 degree. warming up the room took our hours yet was not warm enough unfortunately. heating is by a/c but weak condition.
