the water machine with frizzante or still and it’s really clean and secure

-The photos are not similar to the room you will rent.. - Guaranted security by the owner who is always here, behind the doors, asking you « what do you need » or « what do you do » (even when a girl coming out of the shower half naked) - the cleaning is also guaranted by him and by his long list of forbidden things not to do (you can’t sweat in the bed)

Perfect location

Room was very spacious and right in the center of the city. Everything was close, restaurants, cafes and there is even a supermarket across the street. This is a factastic location to explore the city. Also the owners ate very nice and welcoming. They were waiting for us and explained everything about the apartment.

The room was generally cold, event with the right amount of heating we could not get it to a normal temperature. Definitely it would need some renovation - the tapestry is barely hanging on the wall.

Don't go here if you like private Bathrooms

I liked the location and how secure the entry felt.

I did not expect the room to look so uncared for. The wallpaper was peeling, the pictures they hung were off putting. But those are aesthetics. What is unacceptable, is that they advertise a room with a private toilet/bathroom online, which we booked, and then put us in a room with shared facilities. We would not have booked this accomodation, had we known this would be a scam. Furthermore, there was no breakfast in this "bed and breakfast" accomodation. Although the owner, his daughter and the cleaning personel were polite, the accomonation was not what we booked.

city tax scam spoiled the experience

The place was good and host kind.

In my opinion the city tax request is a scam. The listing says it's all included then you are asked to pay the city tax otherwise you can't sleep there. Booking.com at first sides with the owner. Getting the money back is possible but hard. Since it's a small amount manu won't bother and the amount will be collected without problems. That's not fair. It's a pity accommodation business in Bologna has come down to this.

Shame there is no kettle and tea.It was heavy rain when arrived .I dreamed about ho t tea ..but only was available machine with cold water .

Nice

I liked Fiola. She s one of the staff. She was very friendly welcoming you with a big smile and good vibes. If you re gonna meet her, she will set the tone of your holiday! So you know you will have a great time! This location is very close to the city centre.. 15 minutes walk and you re there. Plenty shops and good Aperol Spritz at 5mins walk. Like this you can always grab an Aperol Spritz with you on your way to Due Torri and when you re coming back.

Perfect localization. Very close to the city centres, bus stop and in the heart of vibrant Via Del Pratello. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It’s ok, but I do not find it very truth to the budget; hopefully, we stayed only one night.

The position, very central and near bus stations

The fact that we had 2 separate beds and there was not any switch near the bed or any more closer in order to charge our phones; one switch just popped up the wall when I wanted to use it. The towels are old ones.

extremelly rude staff with anger management problems, couldnt take a critizism about the facility, making everyone very uncomfortable host tricked booking search engine putting as it had private bath, AC, but in description has a brief disclosure about that. I felt swindled

Great staff and nice room, for a great price

The host and place was amazing! The staff was very friendly, helpful and all around wonderful. The room was nice and, to be honest, has everything it needs. We didn’t mind the fact that you share bathrooms with other guests, but that is something to keep in mind when booking. I would, without a doubt, recommend this to anyone who is thinking about staying in Bologna at a very affordable price, and experience great service that goes well in hand with the great staff.😊

Cheap, spacious & clean.

Room - very spacious though the beds are a bit old. AC is charged separately and the room was a bit stuffy when I entered so I paid for it on the spot. I did not like the paintings in the room haha but that's just me (they had portraits on the wall) Facilities - there is a water dispenser that even has sparkling water! Building - has an elevator which is great! Location - lots of great food outlets & bars right outside the building, and 2 supermarkets!

Bathroom - shared bathroom so it really depends on your luck. I had 2 days of disgusting boys next door who were wasted and vomited all over (though they tried to clean up but they were wasted). They also snored really loudly, it felt as if the apartment was growling. The staff came to clean right after I told them. Very thankful! Location - it is actually quite a bit of walk to the city center/train station, especially in the summer heat. Facilities - no fridge to put your stuff. Separately, we had a small episode with the owner/staff as my friend joined me for the trip last minute and I failed to inform the owner. While it was our fault to begin with, I think the communication/responses could have been better, and the lady did apologize after. Ultimately, we paid for the extra person and it was okay but the communications certainly did not put me in the best mood.

Clean and nice rooms with a good location and nice staff

Even if it was not the most central location it was still a short walking distance into the city centre, and a very calm and nice area to live. Both room and shared bathroom was very clean! Nice with a laundromat just next door, and that the property offered ice cold water that you could fill your water bottle with

It was very spacious room. A bit old-fashioned, but I didn't mind. Separate bathroom but big one and clean, and no problem with hot water. Really nice host. In general I really enjoyed my stay.

They only care about your money.

I booked because it said in a comment that they do late check ins after 1am. Immediately after I booked they told me they can’t do it and denied to refund my money or a part of it, booking didn’t help me at all, even though I had booked 5 minutes before. They did not co operate at all at finding a solution for me and only cared about getting the money. In the end I found a solution myself, without any of their help.

comfy, affordable and clean accommodation close to the city center ! The owner was very friendly and helped with tips for parking. The room was spacious and clean with big windows. In the bathroom there where amenities like soap provided.

There is some noise from the bar across the street in the night, as well as other guests coming back, so maybe not the best for light sleepers. The bathroom is shared, but seems to be cleaned every day and there were no waiting times.

Lovely stay in a great area if you're looking for basic accommodation. Alexandru was lovely!

Great location, close to cafes and shops. Alexandru was a lovely and accommodating host. The room was clean on arrival, comfortable space. Big window so the room gets lots of light, but also the blinds can make the room completely dark which was great for sleeping. Shared toilets and showers were kept clean, towels provided.

Nothing, but the accommodation is priced accordingly in terms of quality and cost.

the staff is very kind and cleaning was perfect! the location is quite nice too. the supermarket and small cafe, restaurant is near. in general, it’s quite.

no breakfast was included. 🥲 maybe my mistake.(read old reviews)😅 but no more breakfast &kitchen since months ago. At Saturday night, it was bit too loud outside,(ppl talking in the streets or drinking outside of the bar) because of noise I couldn’t sleep well until 2am. 😣 sometimes next door, next to the wall, local neighbor(not a guest from b&b) talks too loud so I could hear what he says on the phone.. early morning or late afternoon. (maybe it’s their bedroom)😕
