A clean, big and comfortable room. Good and friendly comms in advance of check in. Very friendly staff. A lady welcomed us, took us to a room and explained everything well. She kindly provided info on local places to eat too. A shared fridge and a kettled in a shared area. A good location (a 10-20 minute walk to a central area) A grocery shop, a launderette, a cafe and some local restaurants by the property.
Shared bathroom with others staying at the place but not a big deal as we stayed there 1 night only and had no issues. It would have been useful if mugs were already available if someone wants to make tea/coffee but this was resolved whilst we were there. A bedroom door is a bit squeaky.

I could have find a better one with the same price or a bit for expensive. The mattress wasn’t ideal also ..

the water machine with frizzante or still and it’s really clean and secure
-The photos are not similar to the room you will rent..
- Guaranted security by the owner who is always here, behind the doors, asking you « what do you need » or « what do you do » (even when a girl coming out of the shower half naked)
- the cleaning is also guaranted by him and by his long list of forbidden things not to do (you can’t sweat in the bed)
