Great location clean space friendly and helpful staff

We weren’t made aware of city taxes when are gave booked before it’s always stated this in the description, this was sent the day we arriving informing us of an extra with all the add ons we could have booked somewhere nicer and also the car park isn’t a part of the apartments as stated it’s a little walk away at an extra cost

Friendly staff and ideal family apartment for Bologna

Antonio won us over with his friendly greeting and introduction to the apartment. He was happy to share with us tips and information about Bologna. The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us.

Good location and the whole center is in a walking distance.

The room was so small. The bath room was ok but is starting to need some renovation. The main disadvantage is the busy paved main street. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking it. The noise is unbearable and night and day.

Great value for the money, very clean and not far from the centre!

Super nice host, great communication and recommendations. The hotel was super clean and nice for a night or two. It’s 20min walk from the centre and there was a paid parking not far.

not much to say besides maybe that the pillows and quilt were a bit thin so not the most comfortable but again that’s not a deal breaker, we slept really well :)

Clean and pleasant room! Highly recommend San Felice 135!

When we saw the building itself, we were afraid that we had to change the place… However, don’t judge the place from outside! The room was amazing, newly furnished and extremely clean! At the check-in we met Alessandro, really friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and explained how to get to the city center ( just 15 minutes by foot). Moreover, Alessandro recommended us many restaurants and ice cream places! We had dinner in one of them and the food was delicious! Thanks to Alessandro we had a great experience in Bologna! Highly recommend San Felice 135!

The only thing was that the street was really noisy but this is normal because is one of the main street to the city centre! It was full with shops and osteirias!

Alessandro is really the best: he called the garage beforehand to ensure our car would fit comfortably, he provided an excellent list of restaurant suggestions and, although we checked in early, he bent over backwards to ensure our room was ready. this type of service is rare and I have been in many places.

Good location, 15 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Great host!

Good location, an easy 15 minute walk to the main Piazza. Our host was very friendly and communication was great before, during and after our stay. He took time to show us our room and to give us tips on visiting Bologna, and even offered to help make dinner reservations. There were some cookies and an espresso machine provided, which was appreciated. We stayed two nights and were surprised to have our room cleaned after the first night, and the cookies and coffee pods replenished!

The beds were a little too "firm" for our liking. Even with the windows and shades closed, the street noise can be a little loud, but it did not cause us any problem. If you are sensitive to such noise, you might want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine. We slept fine.

A Clean place

The location & cleanliness, the bathroom amenities is complete, except the toothpaste & the toothbrush. But i think that’s the normal things in Italy if they don’t provide the toothpaste & toothbrush. Antonio was so helpful , he helped us to carry our big luggage until into the room. He even give the preference over the place to eat & the place to go around. Thank you Antonio.
