Great stay at Bologna - Easy commute from Airport

Property has all the amenities and the needs for any traveler, easy to commute, from the airport in Bologna. Francesco was amazing. I was very pleased with his communication and kindness. I liked everything, gelateria nearby, restaurants, nearby, market nearby. Next time I’m in Bologna, I know where to go.

perfect place

Everything was perfect. The house is really spacious and everything in the place is new and clean. The bed is so comfortable. It was the best place we stayed in italy. The owner is really interested and helps you in everyway. Even though the location seems like it’s away from the city, the transportation to city center, train station and airport is really easy and quick with bus and takes around 20 minutes. Also, the price is quite affordable compared to other places in Bologna. In short there was no negative experience. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nice and comfy place, friendly staff, I would stay there again

Very nice decor, very well kept, very comfortable. Even though I arrived early, I was able to drop off my luggage right away, the owner was very accommodating.

Appartamento spazioso, curatissimo e in una zona strategica di Bologna.

La struttura più che una camera è un vero e propio appartamento, completo di bagno grande, lavatrice, frigo, riscaldamento e letto molto comodo e accogliente. Ordine e pulizia impeccabili. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere facilmente i luoghi chiave di Bologna e anche la stazione centrale. Una nota di merito a parte per Francesco, persona di umanità e sensibilità fuori dal comune, di una disponibilità unica. Se avete bisogno di una sistemazione in una zona centrale di Bologna, tra l’altro a un prezzo contenuto, penso non ci sia niente di meglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo b&b ma ci siamo trovati molto male Assenza di acqua calda Abbiamo chiesto di risolvere il problema è ci stato detto che la manutenzione della caldaia veniva fatta i primi di novembre e non poteva farci nulla.

Komfortowy pobyt w dobrej lokalizacji, idealny na krótki wyjazd do Bolonii.

Apartament był czysty, klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, co było dużym plusem w upalne dni.

Brak podstawowego wyposażenia kuchni, nie było sztućców ani talerzy, co utrudniało codzienne funkcjonowanie.
