Beautiful countryside location just south of Bologna. Very near a historical sanctuary and close to town. Anna was particularly helpful with where to park on the edge of town and how to pay for parking. Excellent parking on site. Breakfast was lovely with many options.

The location is fantastic! It is nice to be a little removed from the city but close enough that we could go in for meals. The home is absolutely lovely with spectacular views! Breakfast was perfect for our whole family. Communication from Anna was excellent. Property is pristine, clean and efficient. The grounds are lovely as well.
The only issue is the room locks are very tricky! An elderly family member and child could not figure out how to use them. They are extremely cantankerous and difficult to lock.
