Quet and clean place for good rest

Location, clean, and modern way for entering facilities using QR code on mobile phone.

There was an issue with heating during the first night, but the manager and owner reacted immediately and problem was solved in a few hours!

Could have been better

The location, the kindness of the host

The fact we had to wait for 5 hours in the cold for the check-in, the dust and lack of cleaning sevices (unless requested), the smell in the bathroom, the fact that one night we were left without hot water (during a bath)

Would happily stay here again

Located in a nice part of town roughly ten minutes walk (mostly under porticos) to Piazza Maggiore. Room was very clean and modern with USB charging ports and a coffee machine. Decent size bathroom with a shower cubicle you can actually move in.

Piscinas en bolonia

El alojamiento es pequeño, pero la cama es cómoda. La ubicación, esta como a 20 minutos del centro.

Al llegar a la estancia no te avisan de que no hay recepción y tienes que esperar que te envíen un código para poder acceder. Tenia muchos inconvenientes como el espacio para dejar las maletas, ya que no tiene armarios. Las mesillas era diminutos y solo había una ya que la otra estaba rota, y el baño es el mayor problema no te puedes duchar sin que parezca una piscina, se sale todo el agua de la ducha. No te guardan la maleta algo que me parece un gran inconveniente por que no te permite aprovechar al máximo tu ultimo o primer día de viaje. No volvería a alojarme, tienen que darle una vuelta al estilo de habitación que están alquilando.

Ottima la posizione!

La stanza era molto piccola ma sarebbe stata abbastanza accogliente se non fosse stato per l’arredamento troppo minimal non avevamo un comodino, una sedia o un qualunque piano di appoggio sia nella stanza che nel bagno! Il bagno è veramente indescrivibile si presenta di bell’aspetto ma è davvero poco funzionale il lavandino troppo piccolo anche per lavare la faccia abbiamo avuto difficoltà e la doccia davvero scomoda in quanto dovevamo chiudere in continuazione l’acqua altrimenti rischiavamo di allagare tutto il bagno! Ma la cosa peggiore e che specialmente la sera si sentiva una puzza fortissima provenire dal bagno, non abbiamo capito se era il pavimento che essendo senza piastrelle non potrà mai essere lavato bene oppure semplicemente era puzza di fogna.

Leuke en vlottte vakantie! Zou het opnieuw boeken en aanraden aan vrienden.

Goeie locatie. Communicatie verliep heel vlot voor het inchecken.

Als ik iets moet zeggen zou het handig zijn voor een grote spiegel nog te hebben. Eveneens een dikke laken voor wie nodig sou hebben.
