Kind and Helpful Staff, Good Choice with This Price

It is totally worthed with this price. The staff is amazing, very kind and friendly. They do their best to help you. It is 25 min away from the centre by walk, but very easy to walk. Everything is basic, and ok.

Absolutely nothing

- Location is unwelcoming. Very ugly building. - Very cold/unfriendly welcome : No smile. No handshaking. No "welcome". No informations at all (even after asking two times about the bus stop, answers were " I don't know" or "it's a few minutes away" without actually telling you which direction to take or any details, even after asking a second time). Inappropriate black humour/jokes about our son. E-mails before check-in were written in English, we got only effortless Italian answers. - Room space was acceptable but the equipment themselves were a shame : the beds are very low, very firm and dusty, the pillows are horribly firm. There was only small transparent curtains in the room so if you want to stay in the dark, it is impossible and you will have to wake up with the sun. In the bathroom, there was only an "already used" toilet paper and no extra one so I recommend you to bring your own toilet paper ;-) The toilets are so poorly made that you can't seat straight, you need to have your legs sideways and your back inclined. Furthermore, there was no soap or anything useful in the bathroom, which you don't expect for a room at 210 euros a night and the window of the bathroom didn't close properly so you had -1 °C cold air entering non stop. - Finally and not the least, we were "offered" a bottle of "Spumante" (equivalent of sparkling white wine) to celebrate new year : the blottle indicated "Made in Italy" while everything on it was written in Eastern Europe language (same origin as the owners) and I got a big suprise when trying to open it (see photo) : it was totally rotten. I was expecting to receive apologies by Email after the stay but got nothing, which sums up everything.

Ottima la posizione per l’Ospedale Rizzoli e il centro città; la struttura era ben tenuta e molto pulita.

La posizione, il viaggio a Bologna prevedeva visita medica all'ospedale Rizzoli, facilmente raggiungibile in 10 min di macchina.

Non ci sono parcheggi in zona. Quando fate la prenotazione, prenotate assolutamente anche il posto auto.

Posizione vicina all'ospedale

Allora, già il fatto che sia vietato fare le foto con tanto di ammonimento la dice lunga.. materasso scomodissimo, nessuna presa oltre all' abat jour, il telefonino quindi ricaricato al bagno. Il bagno con una luce sola, il lavandino con lo specchio in una nicchia senza luce e la doccia aveva campioncini aperti usati...quindi nessuna pulizia. Eviterei di tornarci, anche se vicino al Rizzoli comunque tocca prendere il taxi a questo punto meglio altro. Il prezzo poi non è regalato senza colazione

Ottima per posizione vicino al centro

La posizione rispetto alle mie esigenze visto che dovevo recarmi al vicino ospedale, purtroppo Booking mi dava il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo ma non è così, comunque pagando all’arrivo ho potuto parcheggiare. E grazie alla gentilezza del gestore ho risolto tutto

Il parcheggio ovviamente visto la carenza di parcheggi liberi, e grazie alla disponibilità del proprietario che mi ha permesso di parcheggiare fino a tardo pomeriggio senza chiedermi nulla altrimenti sarebbe stato un po’ complicato
