Room in a flat not a hotel

Location of the property is its biggest advantage. You can get to the city center in 30 minutes walk. The room was quiet and clean.

First of all it’s not a hotel at all! You are getting a room with a bathroom in a regular flat. No reception or lobby or even someone to talk to. Everything is being sent to you with a WhatsApp messages. Finding available parking space on the street is impossible and getting into garage space (paid extra) may be tricky - two levels down with a sharp turns. I found bed very uncomfortable, it was collapsed in the middle.

Nice and quiet(er) experience of Bologna

Well equipped accommodation in a quieter, residential part of Bologna, close to the football ground. Supermarket is literally on the opposite side of the building. City centre within 15 min walking distance. Check in experience was slick.

A great accomodation to stay at Bologna.

A very comfortable and nicely decorated room. A clean space, with a comfortable bathroom, a coffee machine, and everything you need. A great location; off the city center, in a residential area; but within the walking distance to the Old Town; a very conveniently located to walk to the Sanctuary of St Mary and St Luca. A very nice host, very helpful. She gave us great addresses to restos and cafes in the vicinity.

Un rifugio dalla canicola bolognese

Sito in zona tranquilla e suggestiva ben servita dai mezzi ma comunque a meno di mezz'ora a piedi dal centro città. Appartamento comodo e in zona residenziale tranquilla, pulito, letto comodo e salvifica (per questo periodo) aria condizionata. Provato solo una notte.

Forse solo l'ingresso comune con gli altri appartamenti, ma è molto soggettivo.

Siamo stati davvero bene, sembrava di essere a casa ma con un arredo diverso. Curato nei dettagli, pulito ed in ordine . Negozi , locali , bar e tabacchi , tutto a pochi passi soprattutto il Santuario di San Luca.Soddisfatti, grazie!

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage, haben die historische Altstadt mit den grandiosen Arkaden und das tolle Essen genossen.

Das Quartier liegt in einem hübschen Wohngebiet in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum, verfügt über ein tolles Bad, einen Balkon, ein bequemes Bett und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein. Der Zugang war unkompliziert.
