Residenza nel pieno dei colli bolognesi immersa nel verde a due passi da San Luca, ho soggiornato la sera di un evento presso lo stadio Dall'Ara e si è rilevato un'ottima soluzione logistica. Bellissimo lo spazio comune per relax e colazione. Camera confortevole e pulitissima.

Vicino alla basilica di San Luca e vicino alla via degli Dei per cominciare il cammino.camere ampie ,bagno moderno e comodo.ampia sala a disposizione per tutti con tavoli divani,possibilità di accedere al frigo e bevande,comprese.ad un km c’è un ristorante pizzeria molto comodo per cenare.

Posizione eccezionale, sui colli bolognesi, vicinissimo alla basilica di San Luca e alla zona stadio. La titolare Daniela, super disponibile e gentilissima
Migliorerei la privacy per l'accesso al bagno e uno dei sanitari sospesi un po' rumoroso

Si tratta di un edificio ristrutturato in maniera impeccabile gestito da una signora di grandissima disponibilità e simpatia. La posizione sui colli bolognesi è , a dir poco , fantastica.Ho trovato estremamente utile l'ascensore che porta al mezzanino.la mia schiena ringrazia.
L'accesso dalla strada esige una certa attenzione sopra tutto in uscita
