Great host and lovely apartment, just double check the location.

The apartment was brilliant for a girls weekend away with very comfortable beds!

The location wasn’t ideal for us but we should have done more research into that. It was still only a 15 minute walk to the main city area.

Very good location and comfy apartment

Apartment is spacious good for 7 people, beds are comfy. There are two bathrooms and separate toilet. One of the main reason we stay here is because of the location 7 mins walk to MIDI train station as we are doing inter cities by train during our stay. Also within 30 mins walk to Grand Place and walkable to St Huberts galleries, Royal Palace and St Michael cathedral. Basic kitchen facilities are very good for family.

Well the location is within the area where it is quite noisy, the room facing the street can totally hear the noises from street. Please note that our unit was 1st floor, so must take one stairs up.

Comfortable apartment located close to Bruxelles Midi

Host is very responsive and accomodating. We arrived from Bruges in a private car before normal check in time but host accommodated our request to checkin earlier. Location is literally across the road from Brullexes Midi station so is very convenient for our train travel to Gard du Nord. Neighbourhood is a bit rough but it did not bother us as we did not go out in the night. Apartment is very spacious and comfortable for 6 of us. L

Kitchen cooktop could be improved with instructions to operate cooker and also dishcloth and drying rack and more bowls and utensils

Ideal location, perfect apartment, great host

Property was spacious, clean and had everything needed. The location is perfect both in terms of coming from the airport, using public transport, or just walking to the city centre.

Minor nitpicks. I expected the bedroom with the extra bathroom to be the one with the big bed (it has 2 separated beds). Additionally, that bathroom could use a lockable door (not a big issue since the room is lockable).

A lovely apartment albeit the downsides not entirely evident in the way it was advertised

The size of the room and the amenities were very good. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was always only a call away for any queries. The speed of the internet was good and the Wi-Fi option was very useful.

The location was a tad misleading. The neighbourhood wasn’t what i expected - and about a 15-20 min walk to the heart of Brussels. That there wasn’t a basin in the bath or toilet area was also not clearly mentioned.

Consider yourself lucky if you manage to book here. Excellent accommodation, true living in luxury. Every need beautifully presented and cared for. Very handy to the eurostar. A few minutes to all the major tourist attractions walking or many transit options.

Exceptional

Martíne is an incredible host! She was responsive and so kind. The place was really comfortable and very clean. Great hot water and pressure. Lots of light. Fast wifi. Everything was good!

The location is a bit of a walk from the popular places such as Grand Place - about 20 minutes. There is a meteo station near the home though. We knew this booking so it didn't bother us, but if you are only in Brussels for a short stay you might want something closer to the attractions.

Quirky Studio Apartment

Easy walking distance to Midi train station. Quite quirky. Good kitchen facilities.

Strange layout for bathroom, with part of it being in the kitchen area. Very noisy though we were told some of the noise issues were being rectified, however still a lot of street noise at times. Had the studio apartment - should have read the inclusions better as expected a washing machine, however there wasn't one.

Appartement de charme aux porte de Bruxelles, avec tout le nécessaire pour loger confortablement

Logement spacieux, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Plusieurs petites attentions sont laissées par les hôtes et la communication est très agréable avec eux pour faire de ce séjour un moment mémorable. Emplacement pratique avec une belle proximité avec les principaux modes de transport.

La rue est assez bruyante donc la chambre qui donne sur la voirie est à réserver à ceux qui ont le sommeil le moins léger.

Está amplio y limpio, la decoración es bellísima y tiene todo para que cocines algo antes de salir o si llegas de noche. El anfitrión estuvo muy atento a mis mensajes: dudas y necesidades

Студия просторная, чистая, удобная. Отлично расположена - до вокзала 3 минуты пешком. До центра 20 минут. Отличное место если не собираетесь все время жить в Брюсселе - поезда с вокзала отправляются по всей Европе

Ha potenziale ma andrebbe migliorato qualcosa

Piccolo appartamento in zona stazione. Metro raggiungibile in 3 min a piedi quindi strategico per spostarsi in tempi brevissimi

La casa non prevede una pulizia , quindi può essere carina se bisogna fare brevi soggiorni. Noi siamo stati 8 giorni e già all’arrivo era pieno di polvere, alla fine della settimana …. Almeno se non venite a pulire lasciate una scopa, almeno!!! Pochissimi piani di appoggio, non c’è un gancio, un puff , qualche mensoletta, gli spazi sono stretti. In più il lavandino del bagno è accanto ai fornelli, e la doccia è a vista senza vetro. Quindi per me è una casa che si può condividere solo con amico stretto/partner/familiare stretto perché c’è 0 privacy.

Super Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip mit Freunden

Die Lage des Lofts ist super! Der Bahnhof Midi/Zuid ist direkt in der Nähe und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Solange, die Vermieterin, ist super nett ☺️ Da das Loft am Anreise- und Abreisetag nicht anderweitig vermietet war, konnten wir flexibel ein- und auschecken.

Die Sofaecke könnte besser genutzt werden. Für 6 Personen ist es etwas unpraktisch.

Bonito apartamento, bien comunicado

El apartamento es grande , bien iluminado y equipado, la cama muy cómoda, dos almohadas para elegir dureza y suficientes toallas , está muy cerca de la estación de tren de bruselas-sur , lo que viene estupendo para excursiones ( brujas, gante, amberes, Lovaina, namur y dinant) también está no muy lejos del centro, aunque puedes usar transporte público, nosotros íbamos paseando y volvíamos en el metro, hay diversos supermercados cerca ( carrefour express en la estación, muy práctico) , la ducha no tiene puerta, pero no lo veo un problema, a cambio es muy amplia.

El vecindario, mayoritariamente de origen africano es un poco ruidoso por la noche

No hubo desayuno y la zona muy mala.

Es un depto,en un primer piso por escalera,muy antiguo,muy poca seguridad,en un barrio complicado,la pieza sucia y en mal estado,el baño sin puerta y todo con connotaciones sexuales(eróticas de mal gusto,en mi opinión,muy ruidosa la calle.

La ubicación, a 300mts. de la estación Bruxelles-Midi. La anfitriona ha sido muy amable y claras fueron las instrucciones para la entrada al apartamento.
