Enjoyable time spent with a friend for a Christmas market

Unfortunately, the bed type wasn’t done upon our arrival but was resolved later that day

The Christmas market was very spread out in various locations which made it difficult to locate all of them. Normally, they are situated in one place in a town.

Bathroom renovation and elevator maintenance required

This hotel shouldn't charge more than Euros 140 per night for a double room. The superior room is totally overpriced compared to the other hotels nearby. It had no light in the bathroom (!), corroded taps in the shower and wash-basin, a moldy shower door, a dysfunctioning light in the corridor, and a dodgy elevator which didn't seem to have any safety sensors to keep doors open and prevent them from closing on someone. A pity, because the location is great and the staff is very kind. For info, we stayed there for 3 nights.

Great location in Brussels

This property was easy to get to from the Central train station and right in the centre of everything. The room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. Grand place is right around the corner as well as mannequin pis. Meet at grand Place for tours. Staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond.

The street was a tiny bit noisy, but we ended up falling asleep with the windows open so not too bad. Be careful with the hot water. It is very, very hot, in the shower went hot and cold.

Great stay overall in great location. Add a ceiling fan to the room we were in and it would have been perfect.

The staff and owner were very nice and extremely helpful. It is a great location and nice rooms.

the only down side was it didn’t have air conditioning or over head fans in a room with no windows. The staff did hunt us down a fan to use and worked decently with opening the windows in the other room and directing the fan into our room.

Too expensive for the value received. You are paying the location everything else is basic at best.

Location is fantastic. Right in between the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis, and yet in a fairly quiet street. Lot's of good restaurants and bars nearby, well connected to public transport as well. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

The facilities need work. My room had a weird smell that I couldn't rid of in spite of leaving the windows open. It wasn't very clean quite dusty especially around the heaters and furniture. Basic level of comfort, which wouldn't necessarily be an issue if it weren't for the overpriced costs of the stay.

It was clean, decent bathroom but small, beds were moderately comfortable. Owner was very warm and welcoming.

La ubicación es excepcional. Muy cerca de la Grand Place, las galerías Saint- Hubert, el Manneken Pis, la Estación Central, etc. Muy buen trato del personal.

Séjour au centre ville

Hotel très bien situé, proche des lieux touristiques. Vieil hôtel avec une cour intérieure permettant d'avoir des chambres qui ne donnent pas sur la rue donc au calme. Chambre d'une bonne dimension avec 2 lits simples l'un à côté de l'autre. Salle de douche pas très grande mais optimisée et suffisante pour une personne. J'ai refusé une chambre où la porte ne fermait pas selon moi, il fallait la cliquer selon la propriétaire, j'ai préféré changer et ça a été possible sans soucis.

La chambre manque de lumière, il y a juste 2 petites lumières de chaque côté du lit et plusieurs boutons sans fonction apparentes car pas d'autres lampes dans la pièce. Les fixations du pommeau de douche ne permettent plus de le maintenir plus haut, cela mérite d'être remplacé.

Localização. O hotel é super bem localizado, próximo a Grand Place. Fiquei em um quarto para 4 pessoas, bom tamanho, com antesala separada do quarto. Funcionários bem receptivos.

Camas não muito confortáveis. Instalações mais antigas, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado.

Top-Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen, Grand Place nur fünf Minuten entfernt, Bahnhof Central ebenfalls 5 Minuten, Buslinien gleich in einer Nebenstraße um die Ecke. Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und obwohl zur Straße ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung insgesamt eher einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Bei Buchung über booking. Zimmerreservierung via Karte garantiert, Zahlung dann bei Anreise. Frühstück kann optional gebucht werden.

Frühstücksauswahl eher normaler Standard und dafür 15 Euro etwas viel, zumal lecker Kaffee und frische Croissants in der Bäckerei um die Ecke für weniger als die Hälfte zu bekommen sind. Aber das ist ja eher eine persönliche Entscheidung, der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück war jedenfalls sehr nett und bemüht.

Peut faire beaucoup mieux

Les plus: -hôtel à 5 minutes de la Grand Place, le silence la nuit (l'hôtel donne sur une cour), chambre correcte et propre Les moins: -l'accueil moyen qui mériterait d'être un peu plus professionnel -le wifi hors service dans la chambre -le coffre fort de la chambre hors service -les mauvaises odeurs au RdC -le petit déjeuner...le lait était caillé (genre pas rangé dans le réfrigérateur la nuit), peu de choix, c'est le monsieur de l'accueil qui monte pour nous faire le café...et qui sort mes toasts du grille pain mains nues (lavées?), le blouson sur le dos et en tongs !!! Pour le moins surprenant! En résumé, l'hôtel est correct sans plus. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous alors que le potentiel est là; je pense qu'il y a un problème de management....

La situació és molt bona, a 2 minuts del Maneken Pis i 5minuts de la Grand Place caminant. Vam demanar habitacions contigües i ens les van donar. Llits còmodes

La ubicación del Hotel maravillosa y la habitación contaba con un ventilador por si se necesitaba, y menos mal, porque hacia calor en algunos momentos. Habitación y cuarto de baño limpios.

La habitación y el cuarto de baño pequeños para el precio, pero cumplió con mis expectativas de ubicación, que era lo que priorizaba.

Un lindo hotel en la mejor ubicación

La ubicación es perfecta. La gente que te atiende es espectacular, especialmente un hombre italiano que se desvivió por atendernos de primera,. Muy linda area de recepción y el salon del desayuno. El desayuno muy completo y riquisimo.

Los cuartos son pequeños y necesitarían un poco de modernización, especialmente instalar aire acondicionado.

Hazte la idea de que es un hotel de ** y que como tal está muy bien. Pero si buscas un hotel de categoría superior mejor elige otro hotel. Eso si, la ubicación es ideal y para 2 o 3 noches está muy bien.

Eigentlich war alles einfach super haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt sehr sehr liebe Hotel Besitzer mit ein kleinen süßen Hund 🙂
