Overall property was lovely. Well maintained and clean. Close to train station and close to important sites in the city center.
The only are for improvement could possibly be the bathrooms. They’re perfectly fine, but not quite as nice as the rooms. But again, fully functional and clean.

Great location and very friendly staff. Overall the venue was very good value for money.
Unfortunately there was a lot of street noise until the early hours of the morning. Mostly people talking loudly / shouting. I am not sure what can be done about this, as it is city centre location. This did mean that most members of our party did have a disturbed night’s sleep on one or more nights.

The whole experience of staying in a hotel with every facility within walking distance.
Transport, eats, sites, shops, clubs, space and best of all staff.
The location was perfect, breakfast was enjoyable, the room was just the right size and the staff were very helpful.

It was good value and a very good location, close to the station, the grand place and the tourist attractions!
It was a little outdated and some of the things were slightly dirty.
