Location was great and easy to access from train

Cosy room in a great location for a few days in Brussels, very clean and the staff were friendly, the rooftop bar also has a nice view so would recommend on one evening of your stay
Free toiletries didn’t include conditioner (which you can cope without) and toothpaste so we had to buy a full sized tube from a nearby shop which did feel a bit wasteful as we couldn’t take it back on the plane with us

Location is very good! Lobby was renewed, but other spaces were not. I had large room for Europe.
The bed and pillows weren't comfortable, the linen was wet at first, towels smelled not fine. One day they were tooked away at all. After cleaning there were long hair I 've seen before.
The line on the checking in was too long.
