Property is great
The noise outside is pretty bad - building works started at 6am huge skip dumped in street.
The club opposite noisy and the club goers turn out at 5am and are very noisy!!!

Friendly staff, very clean
Breakfast nice but too expensive. Some days the tea in room was not replinished

The hotel is very conveniently located — just a few minutes from the central train station and right in the heart of Brussels. The staff were polite and helpful, and we were allowed to check in earlier, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. There is also a restaurant with reasonable prices and good food.
Because of the central location, it was a bit noisy outside at night. Another downside was the shower, which did not work very well.

The proximity of the hotel to all places for a tourist to visit. The room and bathroom were ok, the breakfast was 4 star. Early booking requested and accepted.

Location to train station and main attractions
The staff in the the roof top bar were very miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there

Location was very convenient to train as well as local sites and Christmas markets. Room was lovely and the staff were all top notch. Would definitely stay here again.
Pillows were a little hard for my taste.

Very central place easy to get to the main attractions.
On my first morning at breakfast, I registered my room at the desk with the waiter. Shortly afterwards, when I went to make myself a coffee, I was asked again for my room number. Later, as I went to get some breakfast, I was stopped once more and asked for my room number, despite having already provided it.
This repeated questioning left me feeling uncomfortable, particularly as I was the only person of colour in the room. My family also observed that other guests were not subjected to the same treatment. For example, one couple entered, enjoyed breakfast and coffee, and only later approached the desk to confirm their room details. This contrast made me feel singled out and treated differently.
My sister-in-law raised the matter with reception, and the manager assured her it would be investigated. However, upon departure, when my wife mentioned the incident to the duty manager, they stated they were unaware of it. While my email address was taken, no formal apology was offered.
I feel deeply disappointed that I left your premises without acknowledgment or an apology. This gives the impression that such behaviour is acceptable, which is both distressing and unacceptable. I trust you will take this matter seriously, ensure it is properly investigated, and confirm what steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Access to the hotel from the Central Train Station was very easy, then the staff were wonderful at check-in (and check out). The room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space (even with lots of cases). It was in very close proximity to the old town with the Grand Place only moments away and close to wide variety of eating and shopping opportunities.
The property is well managed and the room was clean and serviced professionally.

Everything was good

The hotel has an excellent location, a very clean and elegant lobby, and polite, attentive staff who create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall cleanliness and service were very good.
The room I stayed in (Room 329) had several visible maintenance issues. The walls and ceiling showed signs of moisture damage, including water stains and paint bubbles. The bathroom door had rust on the hinges and swelling at the bottom where the paint had lifted. These conditions, which can be clearly seen in the attached photos, affect the overall appearance and comfort of the room. While the space was clean, such issues are below the expected standard for a four-star hotel.

Rooms were a good size and well equipped.
The hairdryer was really hard to operate. (I don’t have a very strong grip.

Location was very good
The room was cold. And we did not succeed to warm the room all night.
In Addition to that, the heater in the bathroom did not work.
Although we asked help from reception and room service our problem was not solved.
We will not stay at this hotel any more in cold seasons.

The location is perfect, in the centre of Brussels
Too short stay. We had a dog that slightly barked and the rules are strict. Dogs cannot be left in the room even for a short period of time. Hotel is pet friendly for the night, but pets need to be taken with you during the day.

The Warwick is in the heart of Brussels, especially if you come by train or want to use the metro lines. The lobby was very nice, and it looked like a 4-star hotel. They can store your luggage if you arrive early (from the many packages, this looked like a common problem here). The breakfast was generous and good, and the bed was very comfy.
Although. Our room was very small, the bathroom was a bit rundown, especially the toilet, which wouldn't want to stay in one place. The first ten minutes, there was only cold water - I mean, the first ten minutes after you start running the water, and tomorrow when I bring it up, the receptionist's reaction was like Oh, it's common in here. I mean, it's four stars, I don't like something, even if I stay 3 star. And yes, the room was a bit overpriced already. And they ask for a deposit upon arrival, but why? They automatically transfer it to breakfast when I decide to want. I told my girlfriend a gluten allergic and they told us they can manage, but very few meals were gluten-free in the end. For example, bacon is gluten-free, but they put bacon on bread (to soak the fat), so it's instantly contaminated with gluten. Hence, it's not gluten-free. One can only think that a Western country like Belgium gives you much wider choices if you're allergic to something, but it looks like they are not prepared well when the only gluten-allergic person arrives. It's a common problem all over Belgium, not just this hotel; it seems like nobody is gluten sensitive at all out there.

I chose this hotel mainly for its unbeatable central location - everything in Brussels was within easy walking distance. The front-desk staff were friendly and professional, and I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had strong Wi-Fi. I slept very well and, overall, had a pleasant stay.
The only real letdown was breakfast. While the team clearly made an effort, the offering didn’t match the hotel’s star rating: limited variety, average ingredient quality, and truly disappointing coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is excellent, literally just a few steps from the central train station and the Grand Place. My room was spacious with a stunning view of the Gothic civic tower. I also appreciated the complimentary shampoo and body lotion. Every day they added coffee, teas, and cookies and the welcome kit even included candies, very cute!
I would have appreciated proper water dispensers in the lobby and some apples for guests, instead of just a slow-flowing jar with a detox infusion. Many hotels usually offer purified water where you can choose between fresh or room temperature. Breakfast was also quite expensive at €30 per person.

Location and Staff are amazing and so kind and helpful
The elevator is very old, weird sounds and floor lights not working sometimes in addition to that it took us to our floor but the door didn’t open so we went down and up again

The hotel is central, in the main touristy area. Easy to get around.
The fast wifi (which one had to pay for didn’t work well. And the gym was boiling hot, instead of the AC they had the heating on and it was 35 degrees Celsius outside.

Everything was great. We had been travelling through Europe and found most similarly priced rooms so small. Our room at the Warwick was much more generous and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was updated, and there was provision to make coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was the best buffet breakfast we had had so far. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice room, large and comfortable bed. Uk tv channels. Excellent choices at breakfast. Breakfast staff very friendly. Close to central station and short walk to grand place.
Checking in staff not really interested. Ignored us to start with. No information about breakfast. Area near hotel is quite rough.

The location, friendly staff and very comfortable beds.
Was a little noisy as our room faced the main road. Would also have liked a coffee machine but coffee was provided alongside a lovely tea selection. Not a negative but we only stayed a weekend and didn’t need fresh towels every day but they kept changing it and it had a strong bleach smell.
3.0 / 10.0
Centrally located, great breakfast and nice staff. Lobby area is clean and attractive.
The room was my biggest issue. The furniture was worn out. The carpet was dingy and the bathroom smelled, but the worst part was the musty, smell with an infusion of incense in it by the bed. It felt as though incense was burned to take the musty smell away. The shower has 1/4 glass partition rather than full doors. The water goes all over the floor. My room certainly needs an upgrade.
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is well-located, comfortable, and has great facilities. The staff is well-trained.
The shower experience was poor, featuring low pressure and an open design that left the floor wet, creating an uncomfortable chill during use. Additionally, the room lacked a minibar.
8.0 / 10.0
Great location centrally located and close to Central Station, Grand place and all of the tourist sites including the Montes Des Artes.
This hotel had the best service we had in Brussels, both at Chutneys and the Rooftop at.
We Loved the rooftop “Secret Bar”, and have to give a special mention to Ashraf for going above and beyond to give us good service. Rooms have been refurbished but still are a little dated / tired.
My Premium room had a view of o brick wall and a fire escape, and no electric points we could use easily by the bed.
9.0 / 10.0
The property was in an excellent location, only a few steps from the train station, breakfast was delightful, the room was comfortable and a good size, we slept soundly. The service was great as well, particularly Laurissa, who was very friendly and accommodating with our check in and assistance with the safe.
We liked everything, only minor complaint was the lobby bathroom is small, we were a bit early after long travel and wanted to freshen up and go for a walk - But this is super minor, everything overall was very great.
