I really liked the spacious room and extra little seating area. The bed was very comfortable and the rest of the hotel looked really nice.
The only thing that I really didn't like was that the floor in the room was very squeaky. I really hope I didn't bother anyone below me as I was up until quite late!

Beautiful hotel in a great location in central Brussels.
The worst mattress I can remember. Mushy and with a valley the middle of the bed. Not acceptable for an otherwise upscale hotel.

Location
Stairs were difficult to handle with luggage. Bath tub was very slick.
No drawers & shelves were too high.
