This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff in a great location. For people with mobility issues, it's worth knowing that there is no elevator. We were on the third floor and the steps were quite steep getting up there. This was fine for us but might not work for some.

The hotel is located centrally in the heart of the Grand Place, a moment's walk to practically everything! The staff was incredibly nice and held our luggage until our room was ready, and also when we checked out and had some time before our train.
We stayed in family room #12. As noted in other reviews, the building is old and the ceilings can be low. In this specific room, the bathroom was in the low ceiling area, however the head space for the shower was extended. The shower was quite small, and had an interesting flooring.
Overall, the stay was nice, the location definitely made this stay very much worth the shorter ceilings.
