    Perfect location - less than 100 meters to the Grand Place & less than 100 meters to the Ceentral train station (facilitating travel to Brussels Midi station and other venues). In the bustling heart of Brussels - restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to Museums and other sites. Perfectly adequate room and amenities for three adults! Great daily service (beds made, towels replaced,, space tidied). Highly recommended!

    Location is such a way that you can save plenty of cash on transportation. Moreover it's on the center of all restaurants and food shops.

    Location is superb. However, staff needs to be friendlier. And room condition needs improvement. Bathroom is mouldy. Not the standard we expect for novotel 4 stars. We arrived at brusssel from Amsterdam by train. From brussel midi, we have to travel to brussel central. However, we made a mistake to take metro. We reached at a metro station in Brussels Central but not at the brussel central station. Was so tiring to drag the heavy luggage on cobblestone floor for 10 mins. Nevertheless, love the location!
