The location of the hotel is the only saving grace.
The owner (who is also a manager) is racist, rude, and unprofessional. I arrived early and asked if I could leave my luggage and check in later, as per standard timing. He outrightly refused to assist and keep the luggage (note that there is no luggage room whatsoever), and started shouting at me for arriving earlier than check-in time. I apologised and ask him only if i could leave my luggage and could use the common area ladies room to change for a meeting. No help; he was arrogant and angry, and threatened to cancel my booking (it was non-refundable, and my card had already been charged). I said, "Fine," and asked him to cancel on his end, as I couldn't. He couldn't cancel himself either, and after much debate, he gave me a room (and never stopped explaining what a favour he had done by giving a room early). I felt unwelcomed, harassed and unsafe.

Lovely Hotel within 5 minute walking distance of the Grand Place , Mannequin Pis.& the Train Station. Very central & good value for money. Very helpful staff & nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in Brussels.
Everything was fine

room size was small but adequate for short stay, bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water in shower
found a cigarette butt on the floor, room remained cold despite the radiator being hot, no place to hang jacket, no free space to place luggage, breakfast was lackluster, receptionist was not very welcome

Superb in every way.
Most attentive host and staff. Made to feel welcome the second I walked in the front door.
Wonderful breakfast.
First class location. Easy walking from Central Railway Station and to Grand Place and historical quarter.
Delightful atmosphere and like living in a Moorish palace and museum.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Safe location for family, very close to tourist sights and Brussel Centraal station, staff were very helpful and friendly and the owner is a big collector of unusual antiques with lovely stories to share. Hotel is not ultra modern but quite traditional and of course you cant beat the location.
Nothing to dislike , great location for price

Fantastic small hotel. Decorated with a Moroccan influence. Very charming and comfortable

The Turkish themed decoration was excellent. The staff were friendly and hotel is very centrally located.
The shower connection was broken and when it rained the guttering made repetitive loud banging sounds. The television was too high and did not work. We asked at reception and they seemed surprised we expected the television to work. Breakfast could have been later and felt pressured to finish up and go. Lift was tiny and claustrophobic, one person with suitcase.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at during my business trips: no heating, unhygienic conditions, and rats appearing at night.

Do not even consider booking this hotel!
The room was small, dirty, and very drab. Sheets were stained. The bed was flimsy and up against the wall on one side. The mattress extremely hard and uncomfortable and the metal headboard was loose and not attached to the bed or wall. A plug socket was not properly attached to the wall, risking electricution. The shower room had damp/mould patches on the ceiling. The whole room smelt.
There were two soil stack pipes that ran through the room and there were loud intermitant sounds of running liquid from behind another wall that woke us up all through the night.
.
The room had no air conditioning and we couldn't leave the window open as it was door length and opened onto a fire escape which led to the ground so the heat was overbearing.
We left after one night of the two we had booked having booked a cheaper - and much, much better - hotel a couple of 100 yards away.

Good hotel for a short stay at Brussels. the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which really made a difference. The reception is open 24 hours, so there were no issues with late check-in or early check-out.

Very decorative and staff were friendly. Very good location for restaurants and sights.
Our bed was next to a door with a window which did not open enough to sit outside. It also rattled in the wind all night. The tv did not work either. There could have been more selection at breakfast.

Easy to find.
Every type of small resturants along the street, Turkish; Italian;Greek;Belgium etc.
Forget the Turkish decor, the double bed was up against a wall in a smallish room.
TV did not work.
Pillows and bed linen not very good quality
Noisy street and guests coming in and out from 11pm to 4.30 am.

As central as is possible, and an unusual place - decor almost entirely in tile work, bling, and antique bric a brac. You will certainly remember it with wonder!
The photo available is the entire entry hall, which is full of tables (for a tearoom or breakfast) - there is no other space to sit outside your own room. The rooms are sufficient, but crammed with furniture. Breakfast is included, but restricted to a roll and croissant -the space is so tight.

The boss of the inn and the man in the reception are super nice, you will feel to be warmly welcomed. The decoration of the whole building is excellent, as if the inn itself is a cute museum! Location is also awesome, near to everything!
The woman serving the breakfast seemed like to swallow me at the moment when I ask for a third cup of black coffee. Actually I had only eaten a croissant with slices of cheese at the moment and nothing else. The only thing I expected for my breakfast is to drink enough hot liquid!Although the reception man had resolved my requirement, I still took half a day wondering if I am a person eating too much like this, or there should be no way that the woman acted like I were digging the base of her house! May be the breakfast is served by a different bakery other than the hotel itself. I surely will recommend the hotel to my friends but really no the breakfast.

What a great setting feels like you are in Morocco with all the decorations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.
Room was extremely small for 3 people. There was a wardrobe but it was very small and was full with extra throws/blankets. There were no hangers to hang up clothes and the one shelf in the wardrobe was broken. There was a TV in the room but there was no remote control, when I enquired at reception I was told that the remote controls were removed from the rooms as the hotel had no cable so TVs didn't work. Breakfast was ok but it was the same every day, a croissant and some bread, the breakfast room was very cramped. The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattress on my bed was lopsided so I got very little sleep during my stay. The room was so uncomfortable we couldn't relax in our room at all during the stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location is great but there are plenty other hotels nearby.

Shambolic. 17th century dilapidated building, where everything falls apart, heavily overdecorated to cover up for the problems. The floors are sloping bad, nothing is plumb, very poor fittings and fixtures. Noisy, smelly and hot: nil air-conditioning anywhere. The owner rudely tries to convert you to islam, praising arabs, loving Palestinians and openly telling you that his religion (islam) is superior to Christianity. Don't be fooled by his charms. The rooms are makeshift, the beds are rock hard, inconvenient to try to sleep on, and even if you could sleep, the heat, noise and smells will keep you awake. During breakfast their staff will prepare a plate of bread, cheese and croissants and that is what you will have to eat. Nil choice. Dirty plates, hair on cheese, mugs are visibly dirty, and they serve an awful instant coffee, without any other choices. If you dare to ask for anything you will be referred to consult a menu at breakfast time, and for a fee serve you with what is cheekily on display.
Being preached on religion, politics and cultures by the owner, who is always around. Intolerant, rude an incompatible values towards European standards. Being talked to as being talked down to. Staff serving you substandard food and drinks, without choice or asking for your consent. Being taken advantage of. Being unable to use bathroom facilities, which have been leaking and out of plumb, flowing in the wrong direction, not draining properly. Soap dispenser in shower and sink filled with some nasty cheap liquid, unfit for purpose. Being unable to sleep on the beds due to their Mohs hardness rating between graphite and limestone, because of the unclosable windows, no noise insulation, noise from both inside the building and from the street and the overwhelming smells of deep fried oil fat lingering in the air...

Great location and amazing staff. After I made a mistake in bookings they went above and beyond to help get me sorted for the night and for my whole stay. On the day of check out I was able to leave my backpack with them virtually all day with no problem at all.
All in all great location, lovely set up and amazing staff!
My mistakes 😅

If you want a very modern, technologic, new hotel, never come to this hotel. But if you want a historical, mystic, exotic, authentic, orientalist hotel, Mozart Hotel is just for you. Decorations of the corridors, rooms, stairs, and breakfast room are attractive, making you to think as if you are in Marrakesh. The breakfast can be better, but no problem, it is enough. The staff is helpful, kind and smiling. The owner Ben, is a very jokeful and cheerful man.

Perfect location straight in the center. The small garden is very cute. Nice and friendly staff , especially the owner - such an interesting person!
The breakfast was simple, but it was more then enough for me : cheese, croissant with strawberry jam, coffee, peace of bread with butter. I am impressed of hotel design!
And also there is a small naughty cat that eats flowers ))))))))
A bit noisy from early morning, probably they were preparing breakfast.

Excellent location, loved the decoration and the quirky nature of them. Classical music played during breakfast.
Shower didn’t work very well. No choice for breakfast, but what we had was lovely and quite adequate.

Location was good an and staff were super helpful.
The breakfast was pretty ordinary. Croissant and half of large roll, that was fine but no choice. One slice of cheese per person and conserve ( jam). No regards for dietry requirements, such as diabetics.
The rooms were tired cluttered and needed maintenance. TVs don’t work, a common complaint since 2023. None appeared to work.
Room phone system didn’t work.
Rooms facing the street were very noisy, right up to at least 11pm. You couldn’t close the window, too stuffy.

A cozy hotel just steps to the Grand Place, near the central terminal and all restaurants and cafe, staff are quite nice.
The rooms are awful, very dark, it has a valcony, but the bed blooked the door, no outlet to recharge tue phones, the light is poor, ther space of the room is too narrow, very noicy during the night, you can hear from other room conversation. Breakfast is very poor.

Location great if you want to be close to the central historic area. But that brings more people and noise. I was happy with that but it isn’t for everyone.

A beautiful boutique hotel where the owner really takes pleasure in making certain you feel welcome. My bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice and the location was perfect being only five minutes from the Grand Square and five minutes from the train station.

Must visit! It's like a museum. You must meet Ben, the hotel owner. He's an amazing person who has done a lot of charity works and been nominated for Noble Award. He's also very inspiring, humourous, stylish and has lots of life stories to share. I never expected my Belgium trip could be so wonderful. The atmosphere of the hotel is so elegant. The architecture and interior design are impeccable, close to every detail. Also, you can get very delicious mussels and braised beef right opposite the hotel! Amazing!
