    We have stayed for 6 nights with one cleaning provided. Staff are super friendly and assist when we need help. Always available in WhatsApp to reach them. Close to every place, 5 mins walk to Brussels Central and other sites. We loved the place and worth every penny, we definitely come back to same property again

    Location in Rue Dominicans very accessible to every main attractions. Everything is within 10 mins . Hotel is spacious and very clean. Very privacy . No disturbance. Housekeeping only starts after 5 nites. Please ensure your towels and toilet rolls are enough from the very first day you checked in . No room slippers . Area very safe.

    Great location. The room size and facilities are good. Only challenge is initially trying to figure out how to enter the building, check-in process etc ..once done it is quite smooth. While there are no staff onsite, they are responsive to emails

    Was not aware of the self check in procedures, u need a pass code to enter which will be emailed to you, however we DID NOT get the email. We reached the hotel at 2pm++ and nobody was there to open the door, we waited so long and tried to email the hotel, as nobody was there! we were so desperate…. Thankfully, afree some time, another couple arrived at and opened the door for us, as they received the email with the pass codes to enter the door and retrieve the room key. They helped us retrieve our room key as well. We were really lucky to meet the couple. The hotel only replied to my desperate email with the passcodes sometime later after we managed to get into our room and settled down. Which in my opinion is TOO LATE. Worst service ever, or should I say, ZERO service. You won’t be able to expect any help at all. Cleanliness was ok and acceptable, however I did not like the few strands of hair on my pillow, which made me wonder do they even change the sheets?? I will not return and will not recommend to any of my family and friends as I truly hope they do not have to endure what we had…..
