The location was perfect. Our room looked directly on to the Grand Place. It was particularly stunning when it was dark.

The following is not something to dislike, but rather recognise. The building is in the process of being renovated, inevitably a slow process in a world heritage site. So hotel lacks a spacious foyer, there are steps at the front of the building, and some facilities in rooms need upgrading. The helpfulness of the staff easily make these shortcomings unimportant, and guests can focus on the advantages of an extraordinary location.

Fabulous view and the best location! The staff were excellent and tried their best to assure we knew what to see and how to get there.

A bit rundown interior. The rooms could use some refreshed or new furniture. Throw out those chairs!!! Fix the bathroom tile for goodness sake! The breakfast was meh. Across the plaza at a restaurant with a grumpy man serving us. No choice of food offered, just rubbery over-cooked (brown) scrambled eggs those of us with allergies cannot eat! Small cup of coffee. Please, Starbucks is next door! Try harder.
