Excellent location, super close to the Central Train Station and Brussels' main square Grand Place. Very clean room, very good breakfast. Value for money.
There was very little space to put your clothes. However, for a three night stay that was not a big problem.

4th floor at first was a shock! We got used to the stairs but a lot if mobility issues etc

The tight stairs to go up to the 3rd level where our room was with heavy luggages!

Nice breakfast and good service when we took breakfast. Good location for sightseeing and citywalk at Brux. Also, it's easy to use train if we want to travel to other cities.
1st, it's not so good for the guests who has heavy luggage, while this house has no lift. And the stair was too nallow to climb，if you took 28feet case with you.
2nd, it's noise in night as the room at street side. Hard to take good sleep for relax.
3rd, almost no service except breakfast: i sent message to the house manager to complain the problem of lights in my room. But no feedback at all.
