Location both from the train station and the key city attractions was fantastic. What really stood out was how good teh hotel colleagues were, great communication & helpfullness from everyone we dealt with from reception to room servicing abnd the bar colleagues. We arrived much earlier than check in expecting to leave our bags in a luggage room, hwever our room was already available for us..
Coffee?Tea maker in the room, would have paid extra for it.. Pillows were v soft

Good facilities very central
Our room was almost opposite the reception desk but incredibly was exceptionally quiet, only downside needed to keep curtains closed or you’d be face to face with a sea of passersby
