Location is perfect, in the heart of the city. Rooms are cosy, nicely decorated, just the cleanliness has to be better.

Bathroom wasn’t clean properly, sink has some build up yellow stuff, som hairs and marks on the tiles. My son was playing under the beds, he was all coved in dust after that.

Very small room. The bathroom is minimalistic. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and didn’t work properly. There was no daily maintenance of the room. The staff wasn’t helpful at all.

We liked the location, very handy to reach the main sites, la grande place… Room was very clean. Breakfast was nice, hot items were kept topped up, good variety. Appreciated the little shop to get snacks and water, pay at self serve till like an honesty box

Great location close to all the amenities and is right in the city center. Lots of restaurants and shops around, easy access to metro. Clean and quiet rooms, some have nice view Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly Breakfast is €15 per person which is super reasonable price and had a good variety Comfortable beds, helpful housekeeping team

Very basic hotel, great location

Very basic room, very small room for the price. The door literally opened onto the edge of the bed. The bed had a really uncomfortable mattress topper on it, dreadful. Felt like sleeping on a crash mat. Housekeeping started really early and was super noisy from around 8am. Aircon defaulted onto 22 and wouldn’t lower, it was 32 degrees when we stayed and understandably the air con is important. Ran out of shower gel which wasn’t replaced despite room being cleaned- had to request more from reception. I personally wouldn’t stay again it was a lot of money for how very basic the room was

Decent

The hotel's location truly made the entire stay worthwhile. It's conveniently close to many of Brussels' top tourist attractions, making sightseeing effortless. Furthermore, its proximity to tour starting points makes it perfect for planning day trips to other cities.

The breakfast was limited, but decent for a hotel of this type. My main concern was the disruption from the ongoing room renovations. I found it impossible to relax in my room during the afternoons due to the handiwork happening next door. This construction work also seemed to impact the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better.

Centrally located hotel

Excellent central location close to Place St. Catherine, Bourse and Grand Place. Room on the 6th floor had a great view of the church St. Catherine. Walking distance from the metro and tram station. Friendly staff.

The location is great, close to everything. The bed was comfortable.

It’s much too expensive for what it is. The room and bathroom was incredibly small. In the hallway, they put some kind of paper or foil on the carpet. In our last day, the housekeepers came in without knocking, opening the door, TWICE, at 9.00 and 9.15, even though the checkout was at 11.00. The room was not so soundproof, you can hear people talking at night. There was also construction going on in the rooms next to use, and they used power tools at 8.00 am. There’s no toilet brush in the bathroom!?!

DON'T OFFER THINGS YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO FULFILL

The location is near to subway station and near to the best places of the city. You can walk from the hotel and visit the most interesting points in the city. The hotel looks good, clean and fancy.

We had booked two rooms for two people each, with breakfast included as confirmed in our reservation. However, upon arriving at the hotel and proceeding with check-in, we encountered a completely unexpected and frustrating situation: when inquiring about the included breakfast, the reception staff abruptly informed us that we were only entitled to one breakfast per room and that we would have to pay 30€ extra for two additional breakfasts. This was completely contrary to what had been guaranteed when making the reservation. In the end, we decided to each consume three breakfasts during our stay as a way to assert what had been initially promised to us and to emphasize the importance of seriousness and transparency in hospitality service offerings. This lack of transparency and poor customer service from the outset of our stay left much to be desired. Not only was the promise made in the reservation not fulfilled, but we also felt as though we were being treated unfairly from the beginning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to those who value proper and honest customer service. It is preferable to seek more reliable and consistent alternatives to ensure a stay without complications or misunderstandings.

Room is very very very small . Many other options in Brussels at the same price and bigger . One more thing . I lost one shirt in the room and the hotel did not find it and I am sure I left it in the room . It was brand new US Polo shirt dark blue . 😞

Great budget hotel in a good location

The room was not huge, but it was clean and had everything we needed. For a budget hotel, the public spaces are really nice in this hotel, including a bar and an area where guests can have breakfast, as well as desks with internet access. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checking out without charge. The location is good - only 10 minutes walk from Grande Place, but also just round the corner from Place St Catherine, which is an area with a lot of restaurants and has a real buzz about it.

Room was dingy - greasy/dirty walls. Bathroom was the size of an airplane toilet - seriously! Price was hefty for what was effectively a youth hostel room £140 per night.
