We stayed for one night with our two children, and both the facilities and the room were clean and very family-friendly. It was a great experience for us all. The children particularly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious Belgian waffles and fresh orange juice. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.

I like the staff, and I like the lockers so you can put your luggage away if you want to spend time in city
The bed was horrible, very soft, so with two persons, you both end up in the middle. Pillows too soft.

This was a really cool and nice location. Lockers are available for rent at the basement level which came handy as we arrived a bit too early for checkin. There is an onsite restaurant but we opted to explore downtown area instead. There is a pool table and an entertainment/lounge area. Beds are comfortable and we thought the bunk beds were adult friendly. Clean rooms and very helpful staff.
The walk to the hotel was a bit sketchy, the surrounding area is ridden with construction, google maps is not accurately reflected on the closed sidewalks if you are planning to walk to downtown. We saw a few people hanging outside that seems sus but overall was not a bad experience just be mindful of your surroundings.

Since I travelled with the kids, the room was very fun with the cartoons. Made them really happy.
The shower in the bathroom had to be removed by myself because of the rust making the color of the water become orange. After I left I put it back bur forgot to mention that to the staff.

We are budget travelers and was so happy to have found this accommodation.. its not in the center center but for its price, i think it is still conveniently located. I loved the theme of the property too!

Very very much a lovely hotel, good for family or solo travels. Staff outstanding very polite and helpful!
So, for us this wasn’t a problem, but maybe for some other fresh couple it might 😅
The bathroom did shut, actually left a big gap.. and can be awkward as it’s infront the bed.

Staff were really friendly. Fantastic hotel, quirky Cartoon characters. Each room themed on a Belgian Cartoon. Area is in a poorer part of town. 7 mins walk to Brussels Midi. Or 5 mins to metro- Lemmonier. Never felt unsafe. But we did not go out at night as we had had a full day seeing the sites. We did have a lunch and dinner at the hotel, choice was great, well presented and hot. Choice of salads, starters and main meals, dinner was around 20euro including fruit juice/coffee/tea and a dessert.
Roof top area, with comfortable seating on 3rd floor with inside seating a filtered water machine.
Daughter's phone was pick pocketed with her ticket on metro between Bourse/Beurse and Lemmonier. It was a busy train, we were not seated and a woman and child distracted by offering seat to my daughter whilst a guy in back baseball cap, black clothing took her phone. He got off at next station (Anneessens).
Hotel were kind, but advised that Police would not help as it happens so often. Fortunately it was an older phone. No complaints about the hotel. It was a brilliant stay.

Location was brilliant, easy 10 minute walk from the Eurostar station at Brussels Midi-Zuid. The rooms were large with nice decoration and comfy beds. The bathroom was nice and the shower was good.
A bit of attention to detail was lacking eg the plug outlet in our room wasn't working and the kettle was nowhere near any plug sockets. I thought €17 for breakfast was expensive. (€12 for children) The area immediately around the hotel isn't the nicest though felt reasonably safe.

I was impressed! Comfortable rooms, nice design as well! Great staff :) we booked a last minute room because our train got cancelled and we had to sleep in Brussels. Still, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed during the whole trip.

The location was awful. I can't fault the staff or the hotel itself but I am shocked that there wasn't more reviews on the website stating how dodgy the area was, especially when this is marketing itself as a family/child friendly hotel.
I had three children with me, one of which was in a pram and it was not safe to walk around the area. We had to get taxis to the city centre. Please be aware of this any families looking to book.

The room was fantastic for a family - bunk beds worked for us. The room wasn't that large, but it fitted everything in. Really clean and the cartoon theme was a lot of fun.
Some details were odd - like the coffee area had no plugs in the wall to use the facilities so you immediately had to move things. The breakfast was also not good - little choice, no bowls or spoons for cereal etc. Easy for them to sort out, but they didn't even when asked.

The hotel was extremely kid-friendly. Our son loved all the comics on the walls and insisted on borrowing a different comic book to read every night. Our children greatly enjoyed the playroom. The luggage lockers were easy to use and great value when we had most of the day to spend in the city after checking out. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
While the hotel was close to the train station and metro, some areas around the hotel did not seem very safe. We opted against getting the breakfast because of the high price.

The room size was good for families
The breakfast - not many options. The staff who manages the breakfast is not friendly at all.... He didn't even check whether we paid for the breakfast or not, but charged us 60 Euros and gave the bill, then I had to explain again. The next day we avoided eating the breakfast which we paid for.

We were especially pleased by the staff - soooo helpful.

Very kid friendly. The staff made us all feel very welcome and particularly our two daughters. The family room was thoughtfully laid out and had little touches like shelves in the bunk beds to put the kids water and usb charging points. Short walk to Brussels Midi for our morning train to London. Old town was a 15min walk or 5min on the metro.
Everything was great. Breakfast was a little expensive, but that would really be looking for faults!

We loved the staff, the atmosphere and everyone loved the games, chess, puzzles downstairs. Front desk was very helpful. Location to train and downtown was very easy by foot. Food was also very good.
One of the breakfast guys was not very nice.

Loved the cartoon themes and very kid friendly! The rooms were very spacious and the beds super comfortable.
The parking garage was too small. We could just about fit the Multivan.

Very Good Family Stay. Stayed in one of the rooms with the bunks. Good large size room with big window and reasonable lighting. Excellent bathroom and comfy beds. Staff were very helpful and breakfast had a good range of choices. Very handy for the train station and public transport with the centre of town easily walkable
Construction around the train station made the area a little difficult to navigate and not the most picturesque part of town but still felt safe enough. Onsite laundry room would have been handy
