    The day we checked in they had a power outage. Had to wait 3 hours. Staff handled the horrible situation well under pressure. But unfortunately when we checked out in the morning the lady was at the reception was so rude and disrespectful. She must learn from her coworkers who handled the pressure situation previous day evening. Management needs to train her well. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Metro just around the corner. Rooms were clean. Old building but still worth the money.

    everything is good, except that my husband is 6 feet tall, and he bumped his head on the stair where a lowered part is.

    I wasn't happy with the hygiene of the bathroom with the sink not running water out of the bowl and the fan not working in the bathroom. When I advised the staff they advised they would resolve it however no one came. I was not offered another room nor did anyone follow up my complaint. This should be a 3 star hotel however I did not think this was the case and would not recommend it. It was not value for money. This is the first time using Agoda and hope Agoda could sort it as I tried to upload pictures but was unable to do so to evidence this.
