    I was traveling with my family, including two young children: one aged 1 and seven. The Agoda booking policy stated that we could share a room because both children were under 12, and that no extra bed could be added if sleeping with their parents. However, at check-in, the receptionist said we weren't allowed to because we had two children, while the hotel policy only allowed a maximum of one child per parent. I asked him: I booked through Agoda, and I didn't see this condition mentioned there. I requested to see the policy, but he couldn't. Instead, he said that if I wasn't satisfied with the handling of the situation, he would cancel the reservation and issue a refund. I was traveling with my family and two young children, and it was already 5 pm after a tiring train journey. He was threatening to cancel the reservation because he couldn't show me the booking policy he was referring to. In the end, I had to accept the additional *** charge. He said he would discuss it further with Agoda to see if it was the hotel's fault, and if so, the *** would be refunded. While I had previously stayed at ***, they had no problem with a family of two young children. I was very unhappy with the attitude of the reception staff.

    Super convenient hotel steps from the train station. We were in Brussels for 24 hours and were able to walk to see everything from the hotel. The staff were kinda snd professional. I would recommend.

    The Good: Fantastic location near the station and Old Town. The rooms were very clean. The Bad: Poor communication; they didn't respond to my emails regarding special requests. They also charged the city tax to my card without mentioning it first.

    3 night stay with no air conditioning. Control stuck at 26 degrees C and no way for it to be adjusted. Maintenance crew came and played the fixit game but it stayed the same. The restaurant was a joke. My wife ordered a risotto and it was a mess. Rice undercooked and it turned out to be a bowl of peas and hard rice. I was going to stay another 2 nights but decided to cancel and move to another option next door that had higher rating. I will never stay at a Hilton again.
