    The only positive was its location. Otherwise, we had a poor experience at this hotel. The lift was out of order, and there was constant noise from construction work. The room and bathroom were dated and worn. The receptionist was unfriendly, and although we asked for a better room, our request was ignored and we were given one of the lowest-category rooms.

    The location is excellent, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was basic but clean. However, we specifically requested a quiet room and were given one facing a noisy back alley, where people were talking loudly until 3 a.m. On top of that, there was construction happening at the hotel, and we were repeatedly disturbed by drilling and hammering, including at 8 a.m. The air conditioning was turned off because, according to the staff, “it is not summer anymore,” which made the room uncomfortable. The property feels outdated and poorly maintained. The hallways are dark with wires hanging from some walls, and only one of the two very old elevators was working, and it was so slow that we often took the stairs instead. The room had a wine cooler but no complimentary bottled water, and water was only available for purchase. Overall, the location is the hotel's biggest advantage, and the room was clean, but the noise, construction, lack of comfort, and maintenance issues made this stay disappointing. We would not choose to stay here again.

    Great hotel as usual close to central station and shopping street and manneke pis. Restaurants right across the hotel.

    Dans l’ensemble, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel suite à notre séjour, en raison des travaux de rénovation en cours. L’hôtel était toujours en activité, mais les clients n’étaient pas correctement informés de cette situation avant leur arrivée. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas malgré la chaleur, et il y avait également une fuite du radiateur dans notre salle de bain. L’ascenseur était régulièrement hors service, ce qui a causé des désagréments supplémentaires pendant notre séjour.
