Room was lovely, bar was great, decor really nice, front desk and lobby staff v friendly and responsive.
Breakfast was poorly conceived, breakfast staff organisation poor, waiting time to be served too long. Some days you get three people opening doors for you when you arrive, sometimes you have to open the doors yourself. It won’t kill me to open a door but why the inconsistency?
