The location was nice, plenty of restaurants around, and also a yoga studio ;) The room was quite comfortable, although the sinks are outside the bathroom, and there is no desk for working in the room. So, it is not a good choice for business travels. Breakfast was quite ok.
No proper desk in the room, and the wi-fi in the main area (where there was an approximation of a table where you could work) was very poor. Also, the furniture in the breakfast room could be improved.

Room was spacious very comfortable clean coffee machine plenty of towels great shower and toilet nice breakfast staff helpful lift to some rooms close to supermarket cathedral Christmas fair was just down the street plenty of places to see close to metro tram and bus service
I asked about a lift and fair enough i was told you had one but they didnt say it only goes to certain floors unfortunately we were given room 105 which had a about 13 winding steps after a long day I struggled but I realised they have steps to each room on the ground floor on the whole the hotel is nice and staff

Small, sweet and individual hotel. Lots of lovely little details. Well located in downtown Brussels!
It was a cold night and I would have appreciated an extra blanket.

This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Brussels. Location, ease of access and clear check-in instructions after hours, staff - energetic and friendly. The area is central, but quiet, major attractions can be reached on foot, but transportation options are also available. There is a nice breakfast as well. Slippers, towels and toiletries - brilliant.

very good breakfast and in general the hotel is done really nice. Location very central
my room was very (VERY) small. hangers on the wall are missing since there in no other space for your clothes.

The decor and design of this hotel was all superb. We loved the vibes and it is in a very convenient location - short walk into central Brussels and good access to public transport. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a wonderful sleep with the blackout curtains and comfortable bed. The breakfast was ample and selection was great.
There is only one lift which can fit one person + one luggage. We were lucky to only be on the 1st floor so we didn't have to worry about using it unless we had luggage but something to be mindful of if you have people in the group who are not as mobile.

The location is convenient and quiet. The room was clean.
A lot of things underwhelmed us.
The room was very small - there was a stand for the suitcase… but not enough room to even place it. Most japanese hotel rooms are bigger.
The decor… 2 childrens paintings and a weird disk standing out from the wall?
The elevator landed between floors 3 or 4 times and sometimes we had to take a step up or down to get out.
Breakfast… the mini croissants and the scrambled egg are good - but the rest is meh. The coffee machine is broken: after each single coffee, it needs disassembly and putting together again. What drips out is… something but not coffee. We ended up paying for breakfast but then going to a nearby cafe for real coffee.
The staff… not really present while we were there. Left early so we had to check ourselves in, otherwise out smoking in front of the building or on the phone.
All in all: good location and good scrambled eggs, but that‘s about it. Not recommended.

Nice room, good location and good breakfast.
A/c works but doesn’t get cold enough, and very poor air qty.
Breakfast was good but start very late at 8 am, 8.20 is the time is the usually time for tours to leave. So if you have a tour take this into consideration.

Nice boutique hotel with great family rooms. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The room and bathroom were both spacious.

The hotel is small and simple but very clean and quiet. The location was great with a pleasant 10 minute walk into town.
Breakfast was a little diy and the coffee machine needs a service as it was constantly breaking down.
There is no safe in the room either.

Hotel and room were tastefully decorated, and the location was fantastic.
I made 2 bookings, and on both of these my details were stolen by some scammer who was either messaging me on WhatsApp or signal trying to get me to pay again. Both the hotel and booking have refused to take accountability for this and I’m extremely unhappy about it. This seems to be a common thing looking at past reviews here and elsewhere. Beds uncomfortable.

Hotel is in a cute neighbourhood that is walking distance from the noise and crowds of the main Brussels square. Stayed in a terracotta room with beautiful decor! Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast spread was perfect, great variety of food which was an amazing start to the day.

Very good location. Excellent breakfast served in a nice atmosphere.
The room was a bit plain, could have done with a little more cozy decor. However, it was clean and neat, and that's more important.

The room was very nice and clean, nice modern, fun design. Comfortable bed, lovely walk in shower and they even left us a free bottle of champagne for my boyfriends birthday.
SO MUCH STUFF WRONG! I’ve included pictures! Breakfast was just okay. Firstly, before even arriving to the hotel, I got messages from somebody impersonating the hotel manager. They said that my booking would be cancelled if I did not confirm my card details and sent me a link to do so (to a scam site) this is awful and means there’s been a breach of data of anyone that’s booked which can be dangerous in many ways, especially with people that are older or aren’t as tech savvy to be able to recognise this. It is serious and should be taken seriously but it wasn’t by the hotel. I messaged them about it as pictured and they just proceeded to say it’s got nothing to do with them and when we brought it up in person at the front desk they lied, said they didn’t know anything about it, didn’t apologise and kept laughing about it. I know for a fact they are informed about this data leak as I told them before I went but also because I had seen a few reviews that were months old complaining about it. Which means they knew for months this was happening to all their customers and just didn’t care about sorting it out. The second HUGE issue that I swear you just couldn’t make up though I wish I did. Me and my partner were taking a nap before going out for dinner and kept hearing noises outside our door (this was literally 1 step away from the elevator) so we thought maybe it’s just that. As we’re getting ready we smell shit and are very confused, we then proceed to go out to go to dinner and someone has literally shit outside our door, diarrhoead and wiped their ass with their socks and left it all there in a pile that we nearly stepped in. As we were there in shock the top down the hall was watching us through their open door and when I turned to look at them they said “oh shit” and slammed their door and I was almost certain they were the culprits.

Great location for exploring the city. If you have the budget room, it is very limited on space, but this is not a complaint as I knew what I had booked. The breakfast was brilliant, great choice in a reall chilled out space, it was like someones kitchen, loved it.
Budget room space if I had been staying more than 1 night would have wanted a bit more apce, I would return though and upgrade to one of the bigger rooms.

The property was located very centrally, 5 min walk from all amenities and old town and truth to be told the room was really clean.
So firstly, the hotel does not have a 24h reception. For a female solo traveller this was not the best!
Secondly, even though i booked the hotel with free cancellation and the booking was clearly stating that i was going to pay at the property, i was charged the whole amount of my reservation 2 weeks prior my arrival without any notice. When I contacted the property they said it was their mistake and they that they cannot do anything about it.
Thirdly, my contact details were compromised as I was receiving phishing messages in WhatsApp from random people saying that they were the managers of the place which really scared me regarding the security of my card details etc.
But the worst thing from all was the disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour of one of the employees when i complained that the water did not have enough pressure and was not hot enough for someone to have a bath! I was staying at a room on the 4th floor. (Note that this issue was also identified by other people staying at the hotel during that period)
So, I mentioned the issue at the reception, a guy from the staff when to my room to check and he insisted that the water was fine (the pressure was so minimal I wasnt able to wash my hair). Initially i was told that it may had been due to the fact that all residents might used the water at the same time. So I left the hotel for the day and i returned at the afternoon, the guy at the reception said that they had called someone to fix the water (this was of course a lie) l, checked the room once again and the water pressure was still the same. I kindly requested if possible to change me room as i was then told that this might had been a room issue. Of course he refused !! He told me that no other rooms were available (i could see availability in booking btw). I called booking and the hotel company and after multiple hours of back and forth they agreed to move me to another room in a lower floor.

Elegant & stylish. Good sized room, nice view from 3rd floor.
Style dominating over substance & practicality. Only 3 hooks & hangers, no shelves. Staff dress code and demeanor not in line with the ambitious looks and style of the hotel.

A bit strange that in a Belgian hotel there's no Flemish television channel available.

Clean, modern room with great interior design. We had the pink room and it was a wonderful room for a weekend city break. Hotel was conveniently located and walkable to attractions and restaurants in Brussels city centre.

The location was very good. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, fresh bread and good variety on offer.
The hotel could perhaps offer a Mobib card for the Metro. This would be a nice touch and make the visitors experience better for a minimal cost.

The breakfast was wonderful! It was set up beautifully and everything was convenient and delicious! It was a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is in a great location. It is a short walk to a variety of different restaurants in a small quiet square, and not too far from the main busy square in Brussels.
