This is a pretty new hotel and so i got a very good deal.
I absolutely live the hotel. I think everyone who stays here would be pre Happy with the choice.
I‘m not sure where the rates will land ultimately that of course matters.
Here are the few things i didn’t like.
1. Location: this is a bit subjective, but its clearly not a property thats in the heart of the old city. Depending on your plans it can be a good location, but also a bad one.
2. because its pretty new i think there a couple of kinks that ned to be improved. The soap and shower bottles do not work at all. I know it look neat and cool and clever, however mine were not filled and when they were the plastic top dispenser is of such redundant cheap quality that it does your head in. It doesn’t match the overall quality of the room. The other thing i dod not understand is why the mini bar is empty… and i mean completely empty. There isn't even a tea bag or an instant coffee. I understand that higher priced items are on call, but hey… coffee? Tea? Sugar? Thats just the bare minimum… that should never be requested for a borderline 5 star hotel. There is just no reason for it.. not even a cool one.
However these are very minor complaints for a really outstanding hotel.

Was not impressed with the additional 100 euro deposit even though the room was fully paid for already.
Nothing in the minibar to drink or eat
Breakfast area looked uninviting
If you are on business then a functional good standard hotel

Poor experience. Rooms small and carpets with holes in. House cleaning too lazy to replace coffee. Shampoo or conditioners. Long walk to either subway or shops
