Good location and cozy room.

Location is great, convenient to train stations and popular spots. The room is cozy.

During our stay, it was common that only one elevator was functioning. Thankfully our room was on a rather low level, we could thereby use staircase. But still, it brought about inconvenience.

Comfortable stay in a good location

Great location in relation to main attractions and centre. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean.

It would have been great to have a small fridge so that we could have bought milk to make use of the tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Very uncomfortable, surely not resting.

They had a whole room renewal next to and opposite of my room, affecting the entire corridor with multiple rooms. The workers were extremely noisy, starting 07:30 in the morning.

The beds were not comfortable. The corridor was too noisy, to a level that I thought the workers were in my own room. The door did not have lock at the back side.

Good business style hotel with most facilities. Very good breakfast with ample choice provided. Comfortable beds. Staff were very good and efficient.

Was able to walk to everything from the property

Only 2 elevators out of 4 worked. There was a big spider in my room. There was also some sort of dress up convention going on that they did not make me aware of when I booked.

Not bad if you don’t get a room under the rooftop bar

First night impossible to sleep before 3am due to rooftop bar noise and vibrations. Bar shuts at 1am but then cleaning team makes lots of noise. Following day was a bit ruined as we were exhausted. Got another room for second night as we insisted .

Unpleasant- don’t recommend

Location ok

Rooms were not like pictures- old cheap wood no refrigerator or microwave phone did not work to call desk- no laundry service- they sent me down the street and when i got there closed- also laundry mat was all in french and i couldn’t read and no one was there to assist me. Definitely would not recommend this place for non french speakers

Overall good. Good locality with nice rooftop bar.

We ordered this hotel specifically because it offer room with 2 single bed. First night they give us double bed and told there is no availability, but promissed next day afternoon they will change ours room. Next they they not did with same reason. But at least they gave us 2 free breakfast as compensation. Except this all was fine.

A great place to stay with reasonable price, if you are ok with large tourist groups

5 min walking to Grand Place/ Brussels Town Hall. Parking is very close to the hotel, and cost only 13 euro a day. Many complain how narrow parking is, I think it is not that bad, unless you drive a big SUV.

Noisy during night if you happen to stay in rooms facing street. and you are likely to have your breakfast with crowd.

A comfortable and spacious stay, with clean rooms and cozy bed

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The staff was fantastic—extremely helpful in arranging a taxi van for our trip back to the airport, which made the end of our stay smooth and stress-free. They also let us store our luggage for free before check-in, which was a huge convenience.

The only drawback was that the air felt a bit too dry, which affected the comfort slightly.

Old building with good value price

It is a well located hotel. The hotel is in the downtown. It is not a new building but the building inside is good. There are more than 7 guest floors. The staff was correct and helpful. The corridor in the bulding a little bit curly and not all the elevators going to the same part of the building. The rooms was correct AC during my stay was working. There was a lot of openable window in my room. My room was on the top of the building with some view to the city. Rooftoop bar is available.

Simple refurbishments can improve your ratings (also my satisfaction). One of the window opened for another room, it was too close for me. (curtain helped me) One of the elevator was out of service, I had to wait a little bit more, but it was ok for me. The rooftop bar's kitchen made some smell close to the room. Overall i was satisfied.

Central hotel but very bad level of service

Central location

When we first arrived, we have parked our car in the parking behind the hotel as the receptionist told us that we can park anywhere. While leaving the car, I have figured out that the level zero was reserved for specific car plates. When we asked the receptionist, she requested us to change the parking. This was a pretty easy information that could have been provided in the beginning. The hairdryer stopped working. When I tried to call the reception, I could not find the phone in the room. I have reached out to the reception from my mobile. After waiting on the line for 5 minutes, the receptionist told me that there is nothing they can do as the hairdryers are mounted to the wall and he proposed to bring me extra towels. I refused and requested them to find an available room where I can dry my hair. And only after that they opened up a room temporarily. I believe that this minimum level of creativity is a must at the service sector. By the way the receptionist who showed up at the door confirmed that there is no phone in the room and he did not know why? The extra bed was uncomfortable. Overall very bad customer experience

Amazing location for the price

Room was comfortable and clean. Amazing location - right in the heart of Brussels. Parking was super cheap but beware of you have a large car as the car park is very low and quite tight. Rooftop bar is very nice. Breakfast was great - decent choices and food was fresh.

Super near the city centre. Only a few minutes walk away from the Grand Place! Safe location for solo female traveler! Staff was also friendly during the check-in. I enjoyed my stay!

The location was excellent. Withing 10 mins walking you are in the Grand Place, Palace of Justice and many other hot spots of the city. Overall, it's a value for money option, I would definitely recommend to for short stay in Brussels.
