Great location right next to the square and Mannekin Pis. Staff were very friendly and you could store your bags.
Walls were paper thin - you could hear your neighbours. We had a strange light that would constantly flicker on even when we turned off the lights. The entire light system was outdated and it was hard to turn on individual lights.

Location is great, convenient to train stations and popular spots. The room is cozy.
During our stay, it was common that only one elevator was functioning. Thankfully our room was on a rather low level, we could thereby use staircase. But still, it brought about inconvenience.

Breakfast. although continental, had good selections of bread, cold cut, and eggs. Coffee and Hot Chocolate are super!
My wife and daughter room toilet has a strange smell.

customer service wasn't good
first night - air conditioning unit was very noisy and we had to change rooms. I paid for a superior room for the week but we were moved to a standard room but offered no discount.
Being watched while having breakfast like we were criminals! Not being able to take my coffee or juice up to my room.
