Very good location in centre of Brussels, easy to walk everywhere, lots of cafes and bars nearby. Liked the roof top bar on 8th floor

The elevators were slow, and the food for breakfast was not so good taste wise

customer service wasn't good
first night - air conditioning unit was very noisy and we had to change rooms. I paid for a superior room for the week but we were moved to a standard room but offered no discount.
Being watched while having breakfast like we were criminals! Not being able to take my coffee or juice up to my room.
