    Rooms are nice and decent with beautiful rooftop bar and nearby metro location. Only downside is that when we ordered amenities through their app sometimes we receive the items and sometimes we don’t. Besides that all is good

    The hotel is well located, about 10 mins walk to the main square and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Rooms were clean and well maintained, however - bizarrely, and despite a large bathroom area, the shower cubicle was very small. None of our group were large (heaviest male at 75kg) but we couldn't wash without knocking the controls or the door or walls. Really annoying! The staff were friendly, although a few issues arose (eg air con not working) and these were not adequately responded to or picked up while we were there by management or assistants (even though we waited until after until weekend and reminded reception staff). Could be great but appears a little let down by care or communication between staff and management

    There are 2 NH Collections, one in Sablon and one in city center which is this particular one am writing review on. I mistakenly opted for this the second time while I was trying to book for the sablon version . The sablon one is the best . Do not come to this one. The sablon one is exceptionally beautiful and new. This particular one is old and outdated . With very small rooms and outdated facilities. The staffs here aren't as nice as the staffs in Sablon. So when booking , ensure you choose the NH Collections sablon as its equally in the heart of the city and has everything amazing , new and cozy
