Ok hotel but the noise in the night meant I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here

Room was spacious. Staff were friendly

My room was near a maintenance lift that made a lot of noise at regular intervals all the time. Didn’t notice it when we arrived but during the night it woke me up multiple times, resulting in the worst night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel!

The location the cleanness and the service was amazing it’s Near the mitro and easy to find .

One of The pillows little hard and the restaurant and bar closes early at 10 but it wasn’t a big issue coz there is hundreds of restaurants around the area . And the shower water was cold although the bath water was warm so the problem was solved

Staying their again, beautiful city.

The location is great, every thing is close by, stores, shops, resturants, cafes, supermarkets, and pharmacy, many nice attractions and the area is vibrant, I recommend taking tour bus for this particular city to show you around, the reception friendly and check in was easy, breakfast is really good every thing is available, room service is great room was cleaned every time I come back, the shower pressure wonderful and have many setting for water massage, it was relaxing after long day walking. definitly staying again their. Oh, so close to metro.

A good base for exploring Brussels

The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance of all major attractions and close to a metro station. The room was basic but a decent size, clean and comfortable and overall it was fine for what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Being woken by housekeeping entering the room at 7:30am on the morning of our first stay was a bit of a shock! The tea and coffee facilities were limited, the mini bar in the room was on the expensive side and the rooftop 'bar' was a disappointment. The air conditioning system seemed to be a bit temperamental, and the shower wasn't the most powerful, but these were minor issues only.

The breakfast is very very good. There is a lot of variety. The room was big and clean.

Very good breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, with a great view over Brussels. Very friendly staff. Clean room with a very good quality of beds.

You can see that a lot of renovations have already been done in the hotel. The bathroom and shower are still a bit outdated however, those could use some investments

Stylish, comfortable and affordable stay near the heart of old Brussels town.

Very clean, modern and well maintained property with old school charm. Comfortable rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful. Was upgraded as VIP guest and received complimentary breakfast, a very nice bonus! This was very welcome as the breakfast was exceptional with both presentation and selection.

The location is 10 min from Brussels Centraal and at first can be a little off putting at night with multiple casinos in the vicinity. There is a metro station literally out the front for ease of getting around (once you work out the metro system).

Great location and good breakfast.

The complimentary bottle of water in our room was not topped up daily. We got a bottle of water only 3 days out of our 7 night stay. The aircon in our room is not strong and we had to open the room balcony window to keep cool. Our room is clean and modern but the lobby looked tacky and does not match up with the interior of the room. The red upholstered seats and carpet in the lobby should be replaced with modern furnishings. There was a good spread of breakfast items but it was the same everyday. The fresh orange juice and croissants were superb. However, some items were not replenished daily eg. selection of tea bags and bottled mayonnaise (none left on the last day of our stay, it seems out of stock). The location was superb for shopping and sightseeing. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Complaint Regarding Security Breach at NH Collection Center Hotel

Dear NH Collection Center Hotel Management, I regret to inform you of a deeply disappointing and alarming experience during our recent stay at your hotel. The incident has left us feeling unsafe and insecure, and I believe it is crucial to bring it to your attention to prevent such occurrences in the future. While I was in the bathroom, a man knocked on our door, claiming to be from housekeeping and holding some towels. Despite my wife's refusal to open the door, he continued to knock persistently. When my wife briefly opened the door to address him, he quickly rushed into our room, moving swiftly to the center. He placed the towels on the bed and, in the process, stole my wife's small makeup bag, which was on the table. She realized this only after he had left. Thankfully, there were no valuable items in the bag. Following the incident, we attempted to locate the individual in the corridors and found him one floor down. When I tried to confront him, he ran away. We immediately reported the incident to the reception, but the response was far from satisfactory. One staff member claimed they had informed the police, while another mentioned they would do so, leading us to doubt whether the authorities were ever contacted. This incident has severely impacted our sense of security and trust in your hotel. We urge you to improve your security measures and enhance staff responsiveness to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. We hope you will address this matter with the urgency it deserves and take appropriate actions to prevent such incidents in the future.

Great location! Close to most attractions!

If you are looking to stay for few days in a location close to most attractions, then this is the right option for you. There’s a supermarket nearby, a lot of cafes and restaurants (especially halal ones), many loved shops and shopping destinations. It is also 5-20 minutes away from most Brussels museums and attractions! Most of the staff are friendly and ready to help. They also have good room service options, good breakfast with great timings, and fast laundry services. For a short stay to experience the city, this is one of the best options.

Had a bad first impression. I wanted to avoid the “early check in dilemma” so I booked an extra nigh to arrive easily the next morning. As soon as I entered, the receptionist had a strong reaction for me booking an extra night! And said I should’ve “notified them” because now my booking is “lost”. Obviously no such thing happened, the drama was unnecessary. Also, they almost NEVER picked up the phone, neither room service, laundry, house keeping nor reception (reception answered twice in a 5-night stay). For room service, I had to order through a website but options were limited and couldn’t ask if they have additional items because they never answered the phone. While I highly recommend staying here for a short visit, if you’re looking for a luxurious stay or want to stay in most of the time, my recommendation is to search for other options.

Very good hotel located just in the city centre. It takes you just a couple of minutes to get to the most significant places in Brussels. The hotel is stylish. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is perfect: very good choice of food, gluten-free dishes and deserts, many times of alternative milk. Beautiful view from the restaurant. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We liked the location and the nespresso machines

Rooms were run down , staff is friendly but not efficient. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but 3 rather. We asked for a bottle opener at 10/30 at night to open wine and they were unable to provide one. Rooms were a little bit cold bathrooms were really run down. Doors in shocking conditions. Noise from the courtyard outside

A great stay in a beautiful city.

Room was very spacious, very comfortable mattresses, cleanliness excellent. Location was also perfect for us. A particular mention must go to the two doormen/concierge who were on duty for the four days of our stay. Big smile and went the extra mile to help all the guests. Thank you.
